Urban Gaze Eyecare & Eyewear

Wanted to come out and leave a review for a new eye dr in the Tanger area. We were referred by a high school classmate to see her husband for eye care. I made an appt over the phone for myself and my husband luckily we were able to be seen same week. The location was easy to get to and had ample parking. Once inside we were greeted by the front desk staff. We rcvd our paperwork via text message on the day we made the appt so we were all set to go upon arrival. We had a very short wait and we're brought back to see Dr.Chase. Once in the back Dr.Chase did a very thorough examine on both my husband and I. I was very pleased with his upbeat spirit as he moved through the exam. Visit time was appropriate for each of our needs and Dr.Chase personally walked us to the front afterwards. I look forward to coming back for our yearly appointments. I love having someone who has a professional yet very easy going personality. I also would give his staff a 10/10 from the office manager to the assistants everyone was pleasurable to work with. This is not a paid review. I will def be referring all my friends and family to see Dr.Chase

I had my first appointment with Dr. Parker today! I highly recommend his services. Dr. Parker is very knowledgeable in this skill set, and wonderfully explained each step and report with me regarding my vision. The air puff test was the most gentle machine I've ever experienced in my years of eye exams, which was a pleasant and welcomed surprise. I will surely return for my eye exam needs!

Dr Parker is friendly. Knows his stuff! He fixed my double vision. He doesn't rush you. I will always be one of his patients. Why go anywhere else. He's the best!

I must say, what a pleasant experience. The staff was so helpful, while Ashley made sure to explain each exam. The manager, Erica, was so helpful with our insurance, making sure everything was covered. Michelle helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. Dr. Parker made sure my prescription was just perfect, since other than reading glasses, this will be my first pair of daily wear glasses. I'm so happy I found such a wonderful practice

I have been a patient of Dr. Parker's for several years, and I adore him. He absolutely loves all things eyes and helping his patients. Dr. Parker takes time and care to ensure all aspects of one's vision health is understood. The new office location in Century Farms is beautiful and hip! The eyewear assortment is terrific. At my last visit, I decided that I wanted to start wearing contacts. Dr. Parker explained the process to me and why I was a great candidate. The only obstacle in my way was actually getting the contacts in my eyes. After the first week of lots of trial and user error, I felt defeated and as if maybe contacts just weren't in the cards for me. Enter Erica, the "contact whisperer". After giving me her Contacts 101, I left feeling confident that I could put in and remove my contacts. There's been no looking back. Wonderful experience here. Pleasant ambience with a helpful and professional staff assembled by Dr. Parker. And he has an excellent "chairside" demeanor. Very instructive in showing and explaining the status of my aging eyes. I highly recommend Urban Eyes for your next vision checkup.
