The staff in Antioch office especially Pay is excellent, sharp and most helpful of my concerns. The manager in Hendersonville, Tyler, and Dr. Proffet are also very accommodating about my dilemma. I wish they all work in the same office and that Visionworks value and treat them well, financially!
I would've given it 5 stars but the frames and contact lens are more expensive than anywhere else I've shopped at and the designs are limited. I buy it there because of convenience and insurance.

The whole staff here is SUPER nice and courteous!! Paola, Shar, Jaida, Dee were nice enough to pull a rabbit out of a hat and dig up a pair of sample contacts for me in a pinch so I didn't have to wear 2 month old contacts. Went above and beyond!! I've been a loyal Visionworks customer for over 10 years, but service here has gone downhill. When I came in Monday to pick up my contacts, I was ignored for nearly 20 minutes while the employee chatted with someone on the floor. Everyone in line was frustrated.
The tall, red-haired employee's attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. Really disappointing from a place that used to provide great service.
