Visited this place for the first time because my regular Dr was completely booked. I needed an eye exam and contacts. My Eye exam went pretty well but was confused why my eyes weren't dilated since I haven't been to an eye dr in a year. Asked about it and they said they don't do it unless we ask. Why would I have to ask you for that you're the doctor ?. I've never had to ask my regular eye dr to dilate my eyes. Anyway, when it was time to pick up my contacts I was confused on why I only got one box of contacts for $70. The old white receptionist seemed irritated and just handed me off the black lady when she could've explained the exact thing the black lady explained to me perfectly. I noticed this same handing people off to the lady black lady on my first visit and I should've walked out then. Won't be back.

Great service! They assisted all three members of my family with getting new glasses. In and out and they even helped my 12 year pick out her new frames!

Excellent service from the from the ladies at the front desk and the Doctor. I would recommend this eye clinic to anyone in need of eye care. I will definitely be using them in the future

Went in today for eye exam . Everyone was really nice & quick & smooth process

Went to pick up my children's glasses and was asked to sign in specifically so that I would not be skipped or looked over. We sat and waited as another customer walked in and was asked to do the same. The same lady who told me that I needed to sign in told her to sign in even if just picking up as she had one person ahead of her (me). About a minute or two later she was called as if I was not standing there or my name wasn't before hers on the sign in sheet. I continued to wait patiently as the older woman behind the desk asked me my name. I told her who I was and she asked who I was picking up for, all while still helping the woman who came in after me. Another older woman came out so that my children could try on their glasses. My son was sitting in a chair she needed and instead of asking him to get up she motioned with her hand for him to "rise" up out of the chair, not saying anything just using hand movements. Visibly irritated at this point I asked him to get up and we proceeded to try on and make sure their frames fit. We left, no apology offered at all. Both older women were rude in my opinion and I will not be returning.

Best eye care place I've ever been too! The staff was knowledgeable and beyond friendly!

Edit: I called again today July 23rd to schedule an appt trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt. I needed new contacts so I scheduled an appt for July 30th.. I called back to see what insurance they had on file and asked the last time I was seen at the office for an exam. Melissa told me July 30th 2023 and told me the appt she just scheduled for me wouldn't work anymore she pushed me out until Aug so I'd have to pay more out of pocket than what I would've paid for a refit. I looked on my phone calendar and July 30th 2023 was on a Sunday I obviously wasn't seen on that day, I was actually seen after that date. I called back to make her aware that I knew she lied and she tried to make it seem like she didn't have a problem keeping me on the 30th even though less than 5 min ago she told me the appt wouldn't work because I was due but I actually wasn't. This manager needs to be evaluated. called and spoke to the manager (Melissa) and told her that I was ready to order my supply of contacts and I did not want Total 30. Waited a month for them to tell me the contacts were ready, drove 40 mins to pick them up and the manager still ordered Total 30. They said they would ship them to me and it shouldn't take no more than 3-5 business days.. they were just delivered almost 3 weeks later on yesterday. They inconvenience you all the time, can never call and get anything taken care of without being placed on hold for several minutes or they just don't answer the phone all together. I never get to come when I'm actually due for my next exam, this is the 1st office I've encountered that doesn't open their schedule for 6 months in advance for patients to make their next appointment.

The office staff is amazing and is doing a great job during the pandemic. We are very pleased with the services we received and will continue to go back. They were very considerate of our situation and called as soon as they had a cancellation.
