This location did not disappoint. I was treated with respect and courtesy by the entire team. I didn't have to ask many questions because everything was already explained without having to ask. Brittany was the absolute best at her job. She was patient, polite, and very helpful. Most definitely will return.

I visited the store on Saturday as I had a scheduled appointment! Miss Brittans helped me and was very kind, especially since I don't speak the language fluently. She was kind enough to use appropriate communication methods. I was very satisfied!

The staff are friendly, however, I felt like I got brushed off my last 2 visits with them. I paid for contacts (and the follow up appointment that I was under the impression would be free since I was a club member) even though I complained of increased blurriness compared to previous prescriptions. I was told my eyes would adjust and that it wouldn't be perfect due to my astigmatism- which I understand but the blurriness was worse with contacts than any other previous prescription. Maybe I misunderstood the terms of the membership/club perks when it was initially explained, but I still had to pay for that second visit after the initial eye exam even though I'm pretty certain I confirmed I wouldn't have to pay for follow up appointments.

I was very satisfied with their customer service! She treats her clients with great attitude and respect! Highly recommend America's Best for vision problems!

Thank you to Dexter for repairing my frames. We were visiting from out of town and he fixed them while we wait. Trinica was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend going here.

Jazze was very sweet and personable! She made it really easy to check out and we talked and had some laughs while she was getting my order together. She also made should I got the best possible deal with my insurance. All the other staffing were nice as well. Highly recommend this location.

The scheduled appointment time was for 12:20, arrived slightly early and by 2:30 we were still waiting!!!! Staff is rude and it's just down right ridiculous!!!! Never again, I don't recommend this location at all!!!
