Dr. Erica Cox has been my optometrist for sometime now and I would NOT go anywhere else! She is professional, extremely thorough, and truly loves what she does. You WILL NOT be disappointed with the level of services she provides.

Erica Cox is an excellent optometrist who has provided the best prescriptions for me. I'm able see clearly while driving at night (previously a problem) and she suggested workplace glasses that have helped me tremendously. I highly recommend her. She and her staff also helped to select frames to fit my face and I enjoy the style. I see clearly and always receive complements from my eyewear.

I just picked up my glasses from Target two weeks ago and they are too strong InFocus is the eye exam part unknowingly now and they will not honor that the script is too strong. I talked to both mgrs -one being Randall at the Cordova location with no remedy at all except a new charge. I thought my glasses and exam were from Target. I will not be using them again. I have some Ray-bans absolutely unusable.

Best eyecare place I have found to date. And I'm pretty old so that's saying something. ;-) Every single individual there is friendly, helpful, competent, courteous and cheerful - a major bonus in today's often antagonistic times. You get seen at the time of your appointment (your chair usually doesn't even have time to get warm after sitting down), the premises are welcoming, your glasses come in rather quickly after ordering. Speaking of glasses - inFocus has a really nice selection even among lower-priced frames. Give them a try - you won't regret it.

2023 update: Dr. Cox is still awesome. I highly recommend this office. Both doctors are great and the staff is friendly. I have always had a positive experience at this office and do not believe the negative comments about Dr. Cox. She is so sweet and definitely cares about her patients. When you read the negative reviews, take it with a grain of salt and remember there are two sides to every story. I have referred several friends here and they were happy with their experiences as well. This office is small with only two providers (which is another reason why I love this office) and they have gotten very busy and couldn't possibly accommodate everyone at the exact moment that patient demands. The public is so impatient these days and patients do not take responsibility for their own appointments and knowing their insurance plans. I highly recommend these docs.

My glasses broke over the weekend and I needed a quick appointment before I ran out of contacts. I called on Monday and was able to come in on Tuesday. Staff is absolutely precious! They're super kind, considerate, actually had empathy and suggested options to match my budgetary needs. It was such a pleasant experience that I wasn't uncomfortable at any point. I'll be back for sure! If you're considering them, go for it. Top tier staff & smooth experience

I bought a set of bifocals and reading glasses. The bifocals required a second trip to fine-tune the reading portion. While the initial lenses were okay, they weren't quite right. After some additional work on the prescription, they re-ground the lenses for free--no questions asked and no hassle. I'm still getting used to the bifocals, but I can now see much farther and read with them. Both pairs of glasses are excellent--no more lens flare with bright lights!

I'm never disappointed when I go to this office. I've been going to Dr. Cox for yrs now and she's always the same. Even the other optometrist stepped in one time for her for me and I got the same great treatment and services. Recently just went and still blown away by the care I received. Staff is absolutely amazing I love love love love them. And on top of all that they have some really sexy frames lol. I highly recommend this place.
