The team at the Cordova location is absolutely amazing! I am very appreciative of their patience, professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure we received the help we needed to replace a pair of damaged eye frames for my son. Ashley made the process short, sweet, and seamless! I would also like to send a special shout out to Chantel as well. She is incredibly helpful and her customer service is top notch and impeccable!! Keep up the phenomenal work ladies!!

The General Manger, Shawntell Anderson was very professional and sweet. I went in the get my glasses tightened. I don't think I was there for a full 2 minutes before I back in my car. Highly recommend this location.

My Eye Doctor-Cordova is awesome. There customer service exceptional. The eye Dr. and the staff are amazing. I highly recommend them.

Apparently this office does not take pregnant women who sneeze and lay their heads on their mother's shoulder. Was asked to leave after waiting in the waiting area for almost 20 minutes because they thought she was sick. No one asked was she sick (who in their right mind picks an eye doctors office to visit when their sick) they just assumed she was cause she was sneezing and laid her head on my shoulder. She doesn't even look sick so I really want to know how they came to that conclusion. The reason was to protect everyone in the office but your reception area smells like a dispensary! Which is probably why she was sneezing because she hasn't sneezed not one time since we left. Will not be taking her back there.

Waited a month for contacts to come in, was told I'd receive a call. Never received a call, nor email. I tried calling and no one answered. I left voicemail, never got a return call. I checked the website as the automated voice when you call said i can check my order status there, it still says shipped. I finally decided to come in person to ask directly, 2 days shy of a month later. They hand them right over and the date on the bag shows they received them 3 days after they were ordered. Bag also has a section where they fill out when they've notified me, that section is left blank because they infact never notified me.

Sold me a very expensive pair of META glasses. To tell me they cannot be adjusted to fit my face after I picked them up. How they fit in the store was different from the ones I picked up! It was a display in store. I would have not purchased them. Told me to get clear tips from another store. They should be the ones paying for tips! I would not recommend this place to ANYONE! I will be reporting them formally to the BBB! These cost over 700.00.

My experience was very pleasant and the staff was very helpful! Ms. Shawntell was very professional & full of good energy!

Had wonderful experience and great help with a lovly young lady name alicia kopinski. She new so much . She should be in management or in higher roll for this place .she needs a raise an set on a path to move on up in this company
