They have sold to a corporate company. It is terrible. I am trying to get my contact lenses prescription so I can look for someplace new. Is so sad they had excellent customer service. Now no one ever calls back. You call and they are pleasant but when you call again they have no memory of you but promise to do something and then don't. I've been a customer for almost 18 years. This will be last time.

They have recently sold to a corporation and they are awful now! I had an eye exam in November and they were supposed to call me when my contacts came in. Never got a call. By the first part of December, I called repeatedly to see if my lenses were in. My calls went straight to voice mail. No one ever responded! It is now January 6, 2025 and I have continued to call repeatedly and ask about my lenses and can't get a call back. So, I guess this week I will drive over there from Germantown to see if they are in yet. Rinse and repeat till I get my contacts. Last piece of business they will see from me. It's a shame they have gone straight downhill. Do NOT recommend.

Me and my mom went here to pick out glasses. They have a nice selection. Karen helped us out and suggested add on for our glasses to enhance her curls of vision in clarity. And told her the difference from her old between the new. Not to upsell the cost, but to ensure we can see clarity. The prices weren't bad either.

They waited 4 weeks to inform me the frames I selected were unavailable. I made the call to them to check on the status. I did not appreciate the inconvenience, and the impression that I was responsible for the delay.

Expensive. You have to request a detailed receipt to find out what you were charged for, including the special coating that you cannot opt out of and your insurance will not cover. Front office staff seemed irritated at my questions. I would have appreciated a list of cost up front, instead of the shock afterwards.
