Had a bad experience at the location in Bartlett but decided to give this location a try & I'm glad I did. The ladies at the desk were polite and helpful & the doctor was equally nice. No bad attitudes like the other location. Will definitely be back for any future eyecare needs.

I just gave the Cordova office a call to ask to make a new patient exam. After attempting 4 times and no one picking up I decided to give them another chance and try again. When someone answered the phone I asked if I could make a new patient exam for Saturday and the person on the phone sighed loudly and said no we don't have anything. I asked when was the next available appointment for Saturdays and she said rudely we don't have a doctor here on Saturday. I said oh okay thank you and all they had to say was mmhhhmm. Honestly found that to be horrible customer service and very rude. If i could give them 0 stars I would and now I know this place is not worth me taking time off of work if just by a simple phone call they treat you so rudely.

I have had nothing but problems from this place. They first got my prescription wrong and I had to wait a week for them to do anything about it because the staff said the doctor wouldn't change it until I tried them. If you can't see you CANT SEE. I don't need to try them to know they are WRONG. Now, after getting the right prescription and trying to order contacts I am told that I never "finalized" my contact prescription which, mind you, was WRONG to begin with. I was never told I needed to do this. No apologies or anything from staff who are hell bent on arguing with you and not fully explaining anything.

My Wife and I recently went to get an eye exam and fitted for glass and it was a wonderful experience! Meade and his staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in getting us set both set up.

Just left this location and wanted to give the ladies here a rave review. I needed something special done and they accommodated me. Definitely terrific customer service! Thank you! I will be using them for my next eye exam.

I initially left a bad review due to a mix up with my glasses, but they are in the process of making it right. A little slow and unorganized, but they are good people who own up to their mistakes and work with you to make it right.

I was treated with excellent customer service and the ladies were nice and professional...the Dr was nice and cool as can be...I haven't used their services since 2010 and it's still good and professional with reasonable specs.

Was given the wrong prescription in my glasses, had to return. Very unorganized, couldn't seem to find anything each time I had to return because of their mistakes. Never an apology for any inconvenience
