Eyes For You

I've been coming here for many years. The staff member Sheila was very rude to me last week and today purposely didn't make my appointment for today. Usually, when I make an appointment, they will send me a friendly reminder. She only updated my phone number and she said that she put an appointment in the computer for me for Monday at 2 o'clock, but 2 o'clock was not the appointment I set up with her. She had an attitude with me the day I set up my appointment so she purposely set me up for an appointment on Monday and told me I missed my appointment. I asked her if I could speak with a manager she said the manager wasn't available. And I just showed up now in person if she's still saying that the manager isn't available and she will be in tomorrow I've been coming here for many years since I was in my 20s In my 50s near the staff has always been extremely nice to me. This lady was very rude to me. Savannah help me out and she sent me up another appointment but I'm not sure if I should come tomorrow Because I don't like when people are rude to me, she had no reason to be rude to me and making my appointment setting my appointment up for the wrong day. I explained to Savannah as I explained to Sheila that I've never had any problems with any of the staff members . The staff has always been so nice and friendly Sheila sta Stated to me that she doesn't care about me telling the manager on her tomorrow she will not lose her job. She will still have a job. I also recorded her and she knew I was recording her. Savannah was also there the day I made my appointment. She heard everything we spoke about me have an appointment at 2 o'clock on Tuesday. The time I made it here today. Was it 12:30 pm to speak with the manager?

Eyes For You saved the holiday weekend. Everyone needs a great pair of shades to go out with for the holiday. They darkened a pair of glasses I had previously purchased and put my prescription in a pair of cute frames I had for a few years and didn't think anyone could do it, but they did! In under an hour I was strutting out the door ready to enjoy myself and look cute too. The customer service 5, friendly, funny, fantastic and very relatable. I'll be back for my regular exam and my new glasses for the year too. Thank you

Awesome customer service. I walked in needing to replace the frame on my glasses but also purchased 2 new pairs of glasses. The gentleman who helped me was extremely helpful, patient and kind. I will be back.

I am disappointed with one of the staff's decision to change the tint that I requested without contacting me first about it. I initially requested a tint for my daughter's lenses to have a gradual, slight tint, only a little at the top and keep it clear half way down, so that she can wear them in class. However, this person thought that it would look better for the tint to be darker. We didn't want to make a big fuss about it in front of my 9 year old, so I convinced my baby that she can wear them outside, like shades. I just want to warn other parents about this particular location, and hopefully someone in management talk to this person about their unnecessary action.

I 100% recommend this place! My son broke his last pair of glasses and the very helpful lady with the dark hair brought me several frames that his lenses fit in. She even gave him a cute little car case! The price was really good too. I'll be back when I need some more glasses for myself. Thank you!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Eyes for You! I made it home from out of town and the frame on my prescription glasses broke. I immediately thought I needed to get them fixed in order to prep for a presentation for Monday. I looked at several local eye exam/glasses businesses. ALL of them had very low ratings. I finally found the only eye glasses center with high ratings, Eyes for You. The ratings did not disappoint! The staff members were extremely friendly and I was in and out of there with new frames in less than 15 minutes. Plus, the cost was way less than I'd expected. I highly recommend Eyes for You for your eye care!

Went to the Cordova location earlier this week (Tuesday) to get contact lens and glasses. They informed me that my glasses would be ready in 7 to 10 business days, but to my surprise they were ready within 3 days! Very friendly and courteous staff. The Dr was very nice! Prices are very affordable and lots of cool frames to choose from. I chose a jazzy red frame and I absolutely LOVE them! I will definitely be referring family and friends

I would give them 100 stars if I could. Their customer service is top notch. The staff is so friendly and helpful. And don't get me started on Mariah she makes you feel so welcome. But seriously the entire staff is excellent. I won't be going anywhere else for my vision needs. Highly recommend this place.
