My father and I were doing some Christmas shopping, when a screw fell out of his new glasses and his lenses fell out. We stopped here and they put in a new screw with Loc-tite at no charge. It's an excellent vision center.

First the eye doctor had wrong prescription filed. Then back charged me for his mistake. Then the vision center overcharged for the eyeglasses then sent a bill. Saying i got 2 pairs. And I didn't. All around terrible experience. I do not recommend.

This is a mixed review!
First, let me say, Dr. Shay Williams is an excellent doctor! I appreciate him, his staff, and their professionalism!
As for glasses, DON'T BUY HERE! Go to Boyd Family Eye Care or an actual place that sells glasses! I came back several times due to my glasses not fitting correctly. Then scratches started showing up on them. I said I have to have these to drive! One lady said this is actually the antiscratch that's coming off and not scratches on the lense. When it got worse, I came back. I was told I had waited past the 60-day mark, and I declined purchasing any extra coverage. They can't do anything unless I'd like to purchase another pair. Really?!!
It will not happen again!
I went to Boyd Family Eye Care, who ordered me a beautiful pair of glasses. They have a 2 year warranty!! I love them so much, I ordered another pair!

I've been going here for a while. I have never had a problem. I thought I would leave a review because I haven't yet.
The doctor office....The doctor and staff are all very friendly. A lady was in there and having difficulties because of an insurance problem. The woman at the reception actually helped her and spoke with the insurance people for her.
The doctor is so nice and likes to talk. I had to wait a few extra minutes because he was actually taking time with another patient that he has known for a long time. I really didn't have to wait that long. I was also given time to go through my exam with out being rushed. I highly recommend Dr. Williams.
Eye glass center.....I was helped by Amy. She went over my insurance options before I started looking at frames. Once I found the frames I wanted (I had decided upon two and when I asked for an opinion, she gave it. I was leaning towards those frames, but I wasn't sure).
Amy also took the time to go over pricing with me. She didn't try to upsell me, just gave me the facts and the options.
I will continue to keep going back there.

I had such a nice experience here. The ladies were super friendly, helpful and patient with me. The price was right( I don't have insurance) but what really caught my attention was the sanitizing. They cleaned everything before you touch anything and after, did a temperature check, had me sanitize my hands. It was the most comfortable I have felt in a store since before the pandemic. Thank you for a great experience!
