Had an excellent first experience at Franklin Vision Care with Dr. Morreale. I was referred over by an ophthalmologist as I needed a contact lens exam. Dr. Morreale took the time to listen and even went over my old records and explained things that my former eye doctor had failed to mention. Dr. Morreale answered my numerous questions and was incredibly patient. I learned a few things at my exam which were very helpful. The pre exam testing process was fairly quick. Loved that they included the retinal photo as part of the exam for no additional charge. My previous eye doctors charged for this very essential test. I was pleasantly surprised when my eye exam was actually 10$ less than what I had been quoted. I was also impressed that when explaining I wanted to purchase contact lenses at Costco, due to the savings, I was immediately provided with a prescription and not pressured into buying them at their office. I would, however, probably purchase glasses at their office as they had a great selection of frames. Highly recommend this office for eye care.

I was looking for a good eye doctor for my needs. I had been told that hard lenses were best for me. But I never tried them because my insurance only covers one item a year. So I have been getting soft contacts for years. She let me try on hard lenses and I realized they are much better for my needs so we ordered them instead. I also tried VIZZ. It's wonderful for me. The first day it burned. Probability because i had contacts in for so long. It has not burned since. Vizz improved my near and far sighted issues for 10 hours a day. It's amazing. The entire office is amazing and friendly. Thank you!

Very impressed. On my first visit, I was greeted promptly and seen just as quickly. For the first time ever, time was taken to understand my needs and a truly viable solution was found. Looking forward to testing new contacts for a few days and going back next week for final determinations.

Franklin Vision Care absolutely earns all five stars from me. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth and that classic small-town Franklin feel that makes you immediately comfortable. The office is clean, inviting, and has a relaxed vibe that takes all the stress out of an eye appointment. Dr. Annedrea is outstanding. She took her time, asked good questions, and explained everything clearly without making me feel rushed. You can tell she really knows her stuff and truly cares about her patients, not just their prescriptions.

Our whole family loves this practice. Dr. Morreale is delightful and put everyone at ease. The staff is prompt, kind and thorough. They did all of the testing efficiently and it seem to go quicker than a normal eye exam. We all left quite pleased with our experience. We will be back, this is definitely our new eye doctor! Note: Plan extra time for parking. Fortunately there is a free parking garage just down the street but it does add extra time. Street parking is extremely limited.

I wish to highly recommend Franklin Vision Care for the extra care and attention they always show us. The office is both friendly and extremely professional maned by exceptional staff. I had such a wonderful experience at Franklin Vision Center. Dr. Andrea Morreale was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and so down-to-earth and sweet - I truly felt like I was talking to an old friend. The staff was incredibly attentive and kind from start to finish. I'm so happy to have found Franklin Vision, and I cannot recommend them enough. 10/10!

Dr. Morreale is the absolute best! I would recommend her practice to everyone I know. She is the sweetest and truly cares about her patients. The staff are amazing and the office is beautiful. I love her and her staff!
