Goodman Eye Clinic

I once loved going here when it was under different ownership. Everytime I go here Elizabeth Goodman always seems frustrated or kind of rude. I went for a visit a few months ago but a male doctor was in as replacement. Visit went great and he was very nice. He had a prescription for glasses and Colored contacts but didn't specify which brand of contacts. Ok thats fine but can't you find out from him?? She was rude about it and appeared frustrated. After expressing my thoughts on the visit and previous visits with her, I will no longer be a loyal customer.I sure miss Dr. Bates!

The Goodman eye clinic is very clean, the staff are very kind, and the atmosphere is uplifting! The doctor's father was also an eye doctor, so she has a passion for it and knows her stuff. The entrance for the clinic is on the Home & Pharmacy side of the building to the right of the main entrance. It is wheel chair accessible, but be aware that the doors are set close together. You may need an extra hand!

Very rude doctor. My insurance changed so I went here. I've been wearing colored contacts for over ten years and she refused them. Told me to take out the clear contacts that she had gave me to try and throw away. Very dissatisfied. She was Very unprofessional and Very rude. I will go pay out of pocket for my previous doctor

I've been seeing Dr. Goodman for several years - she is also so kind and friendly. Staff always warm and welcoming.

My experience with this clinic and Dr Goodman was excellent. She and her staff are the perfect balance of professional and personable. Would highly recommend.

Best eye doctor I've ever had. She is very thorough and answers all questions. The receptionist is great as well.

My family will start going elsewhere for our services. The lady that answers the phone is very rude and acts like you are bothering her. The last thing people need when going to any kind of doctor is dealing with rude people in the process.

The worst eye doctor and I've been to many she is so rude I asked her a question and she was so unfriendly and her assistant was also so rude I asked do they accept out of state insurance they where so rude so I said can I pay cash and she was so so rude again I know it's her business but I don't know why people go there horrible service
