Absolute worst experience of any eye doctor practice in my life!!! We did have two nice people over in the area that fit you for the glasses and then upsell you on all of the other stuff. Scheduling at the front desk was rude. One time we came in they squeezed us all in into two appointments super efficient. The next time they made us split our appointments up over several days, even if we were willing to book 3 months out. Horrible frame selection This is also the first eye care center I have seen that will not let you order a pair of glasses. You have to take all of their used ones they have directly off of their shelves that's been on everybody else's faces. I am a family of five we purchased five frames with great insurance left. Almost one year later, both of my daughter's premium frames have fallen apart And their main hobbies are book reading just to give you an idea of their activity level lol I called back down to Choir on the warranty that I have always received with every pair of glasses, but this is my first time at Sumner, Eye Center. They looked me up in the system and said that I didn't purchase any warranty!!!! They never offered me any warranty and told me that I am basically up the creek without a paddle. They did tell me, though that they see I have new insurance and they would love to go ahead and get us scheduled for another nightmare session at their facility to which I said absolutely not and never again! These places are starting to become like the quick lube and tune oil, change places. If you don't order all of the scratch coatings and the glare coatings in the stands in the bags and everything that they can mark up the cost nothing and charge you $1 million for then your Service level on almost becomes peasant status. Take your hard earned money somewhere else

I have never been to an eye doctor before, but then I started having issues with my computer and phone. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable. They were able to diagnose what was going on and get me into a comfortable pair of glasses. Work has been a lot better now that I don't have to strain my eyes while looking at the computer all day.

Great Drs office. Friendly efficient staff. Clean and well run. If you need glasses they have a great selection and knowledgeable staff.

I was a new patient and they took amazing care of me and my eyes. Everything was explained clearly and they helped me find an amazing set of glasses and helped me with the other options I could get for my glasses. Excellent customer care! Thank you!

Awesome experience!! The doctor took the time with me to make sure my vision was crisp, even though I asked her to flip back and forth multiple times. I did not feel rushed, and my vision is now great!!

Eye exams are great and the staff is very friendly. Did not purchase eyewear from them though since the prices seemed very high.
