Dr. Choate is fantastic. He takes his time and shows how he cares. I have suffered from migraines for almost 30 years now. So many neurologists and specialists, with no relief. He spent about 2 hrs each appointment determined to figure out the cause to my pain. And it's working! Not fully free of migraines yet, but more relief than Iv had ever!! And the entire staff there is so awesome and friendly! I have recommended him to many people so far and will continue to do so. All around excellent!

It's a mystery how this business has high ratings. As we were new to the Goodlettsville area, I with my family, visited this establishment as it was the closest optical services provider in our insurance.
In addition to the usual eye checkup and examination watch out for fancy sounding optical tests/services that are casually mentioned without the prices perhaps intentionally left out. You will be surprised on the way out.
Perhaps this is the local culture but when I visited the local national chain store I was given professional care, same up to date equipment, no insincere small talk examiner, and reasonable prices, comparable products and no surprises.

My visit today was wonderful. My appointment was at 1:45 PM but I thought it was 1:00 PM, I arrived at 12:45 PM. Instead of having me wait until 1:45 PM, the front desk said that I might be able to be slipped in. I was, they are so friendly and personable and make you feel welcomed to their facility. I highly recommend you visit Dr. Choate and his team of experts!
