I had the best experience here. I have never gotten my eyes dilated before and they walked me through the process and made me feel very comfortable. The nurse I had was very efficient and sweet. My entire experience was so easy. The lady who helped me pick out glasses was great she explained everything very well and helped choose my frames which was great, I've always had a hard time finding frames that actually fit my face and she was so helpful. Thank you to Loden Vision for everything!

Dr. Mills is incredibly thorough and attentive in her care. She always takes the time to answer my questions clearly and thoughtfully, and she has such a pleasant, reassuring manner. I truly appreciate that I never feel rushed during my appointments. Loden Vision Center runs very smoothly with an efficient and well-organized check-in process that guides you seamlessly through each step of the visit. Every member of the staff has been wonderful--professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. It's clear they value their patients and take pride in providing excellent service. I highly recommend them!

I am thrilled with my entire experience with Loden! I had LASIK done on both eyes and the surgery itself was so easy and very quick! The whole process was explained in great detail during the consultation. Everyone made sure I knew what was going on and what to expect at every step. Dr Loden and his staff are nothing short of amazing. 5 stars isn't enough, I'd give 10 if I could!

I truly can't say enough great things about my experience at Loden Vision Centers. From start to finish, the care and service were exceptional. I was a long-time contact wearer and had struggled with them for years, so deciding to explore LASIK felt big. From the very first consult, I never felt pushed or rushed; only genuinely supported and cared for. After my consult, I wanted my husband to come in as well. Once he was deemed a good candidate, the team went above and beyond to make the entire process easy for us. They coordinated our procedures and follow-up appointments so we could be scheduled together, which made a huge difference and showed how thoughtful and accommodating they are. The procedure itself was completely seamless, and our results so far have been amazing. What really stood out was the personal care. Even after the procedure, the doctor personally called later that day to check in. That level of attentiveness meant so much and truly made us feel like we were in the best hands. Every single staff member was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating. The service was outstanding, and the environment was warm and reassuring throughout the entire experience. If you're considering LASIK, we couldn't recommend this office more highly. An absolutely incredible experience all around.

Jo at the Goodlettsville location of Loden Vision Centers is absolutely amazing! She helped me pick not one, but TWO fabulous new pair of glasses -- and somehow made the whole process fun and effortless. She has such a great eye for style and really listened to what vibe I looking for. Now the hard part... waiting for my new glasses to be made!

I felt really good about my eye appointment. Everyone was helpful and Dr. Hopkins was very thorough. Ms. Jo Buchanan was especially helpful when I was considering new frames. She was very knowledgeable and I appreciated her expertise.

Dr. Loden and his whole team were absolutely amazing. About 12 years ago I worked for a different LASIK company in a different state, so I have some previous experience. The difference between Loden Vision and the other company are night and day. I was blown away with how efficient and patient focused this office is ran. The entire process took about 2 hours, which is so impressive. The previous company I worked for would have patients wait 4 to 6 hours, for a 10 minute procedure. The staff and the doctors answered all my questions, and never once tried to sell me anything. I now have better than 20/20 vision and no longer have to bother with contacts. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, because they truly offer top notch service!!
