I recently had an eye exam with Dr. Dan Kelly and had a truly excellent experience. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. The exam itself was extremely thorough and comprehensive, which gave me a lot of confidence in the care I was receiving. I never felt rushed, and he answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. It is rare to find a doctor who combines such expertise with such a warm and personable approach. I highly recommend Dr. Kelly to anyone looking for top quality eye care.

We have been taking my daughter to Kelly Vision Center for roughly 3 years now after Vanderbilt excused our concerns. I recently went in as a patient since I had been noticing issues after working on computer screens for numerous hours a day. I quickly noticed how well the staff enjoys taking care of people and families. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and I plan to return anytime I have questions or concerns. I believe the part I enjoy the most about the staff is the fact that they're real people that understand people's everyday lives. Highly recommend!

The doctors and staff here are always so kind and helpful; far and away they are the best glasses appointments I've ever had and I continue to come here regularly even after moving away from the area because they're just that good. Thank you for always taking such good care of me!

Dr. Daniel Kelly made the refraction process the easiest I have ever had. The last time I went through that with another doctor it was long and arduous. I am pleased with Dr. Daniel's approach. I also learned I need to have a specific procedure no one has ever mentioned. I am glad he has experience with vision therapy. I would rate my visit as A++!

Very professional staff at all levels. Had a retinal exam and complete refraction without dilating drops, which is great for driving, reading, and working the rest of the day! Warm, relaxing feel to the waiting room and all the exam rooms, great for kids and even us "seasoned citizens." :) I will recommend Kelly Vision Center to anyone in the area! A follow-up after my first review. Kelly Vision Center is the best! My Yelp review 02/18/2026: I had a great experience at Kelly Vision Center! My glasses prescription is unusual after cataract extraction and lens implants in both eyes 16 years ago and detached retinas and laser weld in both eyes, the right eye being more recent in 2019, and then having scar tissue pull a small hole in the retina in 2024, which was resolved by steroid drops. Not mention astigmatism in both eyes. But they took time and care with the refraction in December 2025, and now I have a great pair of progressive lenses that leave my readers in the case and give me so much better vison than before! Came to Kelly Vision Center after years with a much larger and better known eye institute ;) which was also good but which my new insurance no longer covered. Kelly Vision Center is top-notch, and I recommend them to anyone in Madison, Goodlettsville, and farther.

I have had silhouettes for nearly 20 years, some part of the stem broke off at the lens, I was at a certain place in Franklin they had the replacement part in hand and literally dropped it somehow, and couldn't find it I was curling on the floor looking for this piece couldn't find it they gave up I gave up, but I had faith that Andrew at Kelly vision Center would have a solution for me drove 52 minutes north arriving 15 minutes before they close. not only did he take care of me with all gentleness but above and beyond with concern looking at the other stem, looking at the bridge piece, never did I feel I was a burden. I would gladly drive 52 minutes every time to be taken care of by any of the staff at Kelly vision Center!

Kelly Vision Center is the best! This is no ordinary place... Your vision is examined for eyewear and medical issues. The exams are thorough and never rushed. They don't just look for problems, they also educate you on keeping problems from occurring. All the staff are highly trained and helpful. It is a welcoming and professional place.

Dr. Quintanilla is the BEST eye doctor I have ever seen!! She is patient (it took me 2 years to put my contacts in and she didn't rush me), caring, thorough, and very intelligent. She explained things very well and took the time to get to know all of my concerns. If you have the option to go here you definitely should!
