Insight Vision Center : Alette Howard Davis, O.D.

I have been coming to Insight Vision Center for a few years. Each visit is a pleasure. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I've never had to long wait at my appointment. The Doctor is very knowledgeable and attentive. She takes the time to answer my questions, discuss changes in my vision since the last appointment, and I feel like more than just a number.

My dad just moved from Florida and needed a new doctor. We found her through his insurance and I'm so grateful. She is wonderful. She has been really great. She is very detailed with her evaluations, has so much patience and explains everything very well. I feel like I can trust her and my dad really likes her too. I am very pleased with our interactions and highly recommend her

I absolutely love Insight Vision Center. I have been going there since it opened and have yet to be disappointed. From the time you walk in, it is a breath of fresh air. Hope is very friendly and always courteous. Dr. Davis is AMAZING! She really cares about your eyes. She is great with following up and keeping you informed. She is very attentive and makes sure your prescription is right. Melissa is AWESOME! She is very knowledgeable. I was amazed at how she could look at your facial structure and immediately start picking styles that compliment you. My experience at Insight is always A+!

I am compelled to share my extremely disappointing experience with Insight Vision, as it involved multiple instances of incompetence and a complete failure in customer service. I want to say fist off, they staff demeanor is friendly but the actions show that they are incompetent in getting out multiple prescriptions at the same time. I chose Insight Vision because they have online appointment scheduling and Saturday appointments. We are a bigger family with a very busy schedule and this worked for us. However, no one notified me until the day before that the online appointment booking was not operational, therefore, our appointments were invalid. This was not a huge problem but inconvenient. Because the Dr's at the office were taking vacation, we were not able to get in for over two months. This was an inconvenience because of medical issues but we waited because of the good reviews, insurance acceptance, and availability on Saturday. First and foremost, the lack of timely prescription delivery was a significant letdown. I expected a service like Insight Vision to adhere to basic timelines, but unfortunately, my prescription was delayed without any valid explanation. This negligence on their part caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. The prescriptions were to be sent out a few hours after our appointments on Saturday, but they were never sent. Because of the weekend, I gave them time to send it out on Monday because perhaps they forgot. Once I had not received them on Tuesday, I contacted them so that I could get them. They were sent out the next day (all except mine). Once I realized their error, I contacted them promptly to let them know that I had not received mine. The y sent an emailed response stating that they had sent my prescription to me. Once again there wasn't a prescription attached. I had to contact them yet again to receive my prescription. (NOTE: I would have got my prescription filled at Insight but they did not carry the contacts that I requested.) To make matters worse, when I finally did receive my prescription, it was incorrect. Such a fundamental error in providing the right prescription raises serious concerns about the competency of Insight Vision's staff. Accuracy should be non-negotiable in a business dealing with vision care, and the fact that they failed in this basic aspect is unacceptable. To make matters worse, it was now only a few days until Christmas and may places were closed for the holiday. After attempting to get my prescription filled at Sam's Club (because they are open on Saturday), I was told by the staff there that I did not have a contact prescription and would have to contact the prescribing office to get it corrected. Equally frustrating was the complete lack of responsiveness from Insight Vision after these errors occurred. Additional attempts to communicate the issues and seek resolution went unanswered, leaving me feeling abandoned as a customer. This level of disregard for customer concerns is inexcusable. At this point, it is now a new year and I am unable to use my insurance to fill any vision prescription but am still currently seeking a resolution to this issue. In conclusion, my experience with Insight Vision has been a series of disappointments - from delayed and incorrect prescriptions to a complete lack of responsiveness. I strongly advise others to exercise caution before considering their services, as the level of incompetence and indifference displayed by Insight Vision is simply unacceptable.

I drive almost an hour to keep seeing Dr. Davis, because she is so thorough, personable and attentive (I'm a patient now of over 10 years). Once when I had an eye injury, Dr. Davis saw me immediately and walked me through a scary and painful situation to recovery. Her office manager (Hope) is also incredibly capable and helpful. Can't recommend her highly enough. (Additionally, parking is directly adjoined to her office, and I've never had an issue finding a spot).

Amazing doctors and office! Everyone there is so nice and the atmosphere is the most pleasant. I felt comfortable and welcomed. Clean and fresh with a perky vibe. Knowledge doctors and staff. Just a great place to go and with my insurance I rec'd a years supply of contacts and they had a pair in stock for me to wear home and my power is strong so that was a plus!

So glad we found this place. Everyone was awesome! Dr Davis is very personable. I tried on a couple pair of frames that I wasn't sure about. Hope suggested a different pair, and they were so perfect! Definitely recommend to anyone. Another great thing is they have Saturday hours.

Insight Vision Center has been the place me and my family have gone to for YEARS! Dr. Davis is exceptional and so is her staff. Hope is awesome!! I couldn't recommend a better experience as it relates to eyecare.
