I went in for an eye exam and not ever having glasses before. It had been several years since I had my eyes checked. Dr. Jackie Ngo was super informative and explained everything clearly. All of the employees were helpful when choosing the right glasses for me! The flow of the appointment went well and it didn't take long. The store was very well organized.

From the front of house Lens Crafters reps, to the back of house doctors, techs, receptionists, and supporting staff. This was by far the BEST eye doctor experience I've ever had!
Every staff member was exceedingly friendly, and made my visit enjoyable and relaxing. Service was exceptional - from same day booking, to quick and efficient service, all whilst being patient with customers.
I was able to shop without being rushed/overwhelmed, received thorough support when I had questions, and both sides had loads of options from frames/contacts, to different forms of treatment/exams.
I will definitely be coming back the next time my prescription needs an update, or the next time I'm feeling some new shades!

Making an appointment was incredibly easy, and when I arrived, they already had my insurance information, which had recently changed and without a new card, ready to go. Crisis averted. The office is modern, clean, and uses state-of-the-art equipment. The doctor (Kelsey Blalock) took the time to explain every step of the exam and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. I did not purchase new lenses or frames during this visit.

They had diagnostic tools that my other ophthalmologist doesn't have. They let me view my photos (optic nerve, tear glands etc) and answered my questions. Their staff was super efficient and professional. The exam rooms were spotless and nicely decorated. Their floor staff were very knowledgeable in helping me find the right frames. I can't say enough nice things. Great job!
