Such a great experience at Karns Vision Center! Dr. Michelle was amazing, kind, and very professional. Her team was wonderful and made everything easy and comfortable. I got my prescription renewed smoothly and will absolutely be back for my routine exams.

I just need to say that Karns Vision Center has been my go-to choice for the past few years because of the superior expertise and care that I have received for myself and my son. Doctor's Michelle, Kate, and Shane, and literally everyone else that keeps the practice in motion (Anna, Kierra, and more) are incredibly talented and friendly. Positive vibes all around. Just a fantastic experience! . I needed a thorough eye exam after a diabetes diagnosis and was referred to this practice. Extremely impressive from first entering the business, which was beautifully decorated and clean as a whistle, and a very warm greeting by reception. My technician was kind, and explained everything she testing. Dr. Michelle finished up the exam and I was blown away how thorough she was. Very kind, gentle and also excellent at explaining all the results. I have had numerous eye exams and cataract surgeries and no one has ever come close to being as wonderful this doctor was. Above and beyond and I highly recommend!

Dr Shane has literally given me vision! I went in thinking my eyesight would just have to stay as bad as it had gotten and left with a whole new lease on life! It was simple... cataracts!!! He referred me to an excellent surgeon and just 2 days post op, I am seeing almost perfectly!! I can't wait to get my other eye done. I highly recommend this vision group. Do not look any further!!

Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe I should have gone to my regular doctor. But I thought since I had a problem with my eye I should schedule an appointment with an eye doctor. I made an appointment over the phone and I was clear to them that I was in a lot of pain and that I couldn't open my eye very well. The light sensitivity was extreme, and that there was swelling and discharge. Well I came to my appointment and was subsequently left in the waiting room for over an hour after briefly being taken back to have regular vision exams like I'm getting a new pair of glasses. I'm concerned that I might have something contagious in my eye and they're sitting me down at these machines! I told them that I probably shouldn't. Completely ignored. They did not clean those machines directly. I sat there and watched. I didn't see any of them sit anybody else down at those machines. but they should have immediately disinfected them. I was sure not to touch anything while I was in there because I was afraid that I might have an infection that could be contagious. They seem unconcerned. They were concerned about discussing my personal information amongst themselves behind the counter. All while calling four people back while I sat out there looking down through one eye. The other eye squinted, swollen, dripping down my face a mixture of tears and probably pus for over an hour. Eventually I stood up I walked over to the counter I said, "Excuse me, I'm leaving." One person said "Okay sure". First of all they made me wait almost an extra 24 hours when they were open yesterday morning when I called them, yet scheduled me for 24 hours later for my appointment. As I'm telling them that I'm concerned that there could be permanent damage to my vision if I don't get this looked at. Now I'm going to go to a walk-in clinic down the street which I would give a five-star review for anything and everything that could be wrong with you medically. They do care, they'll look at it, they'll diagnose it, and they'll treat you no matter what kind of insurance you have or if you don't have any insurance. Yet again, I may be in the wrong. Maybe I went to the wrong doctor. But I don't think I'm wrong. I think they just wholy and completely did not concern themselves with what my issue was. Or with the fact that I had an issue at all.

I have been coming here for years for eye exams and my wife and i were there yesterday. I have always had a great experience here. The staff is always kind and helpful. Thank you Dr Shane and Dr Michelle and team
