My visit to the office of J. Matthew Rouse today proved to be everything and more than I had hoped. Each helper/technician I saw prior to meeting Dr. Rouse was friendly, professional and efficient. Dr. Rouse was personable , professional, knowledgeable and thorough, and his time with me felt valuable. There is no rating high enough to explain my experience between the organization of the facility. The promptness of the facility continuous communication before and after very professional and tentative and Dr. David Harris was above and beyond. Out of all the years I've been going to the doctor here and there surgery centers. I have never seen an organization rant so well and professional on every level I would highly recommend this facility and I know people have complained about waiting too long to see Dr. Harris or anybody else at that particular facility prior to surgery is because there is such a long wait because of their professionalism and the fact that they do the best job and Stone. Dr. Lubert has to be one of the kindest Doctors I know. He's reassuring about your eyesight, explains any changes & any type of treatment needed. No long wait for your appointment. Let's you know exactly what he will be doing. Ask if you have any questions. He just puts you at ease.

I have read that many people give Dr Harris less than five stars because sometimes the wait for an appointment or session is too long. The reason that appointments to see Dr Harris can be difficult to get is because he is the best eye surgeon in town, maybe one of the best in the country, and so many people want to use his services that space and time is limited. He also takes the time to discuss each patients case and then spends the appropriate time to thoroughly treat each case. Sometimes those take longer than the corporate money managers would like, but do you want to visit an eye doctor that thinks speedy turnover is more important than your eye health ? I have had two eye surgeries with Dr Harris. One was pretty quick, and one was delayed somewhat because he took the extra time with the patient before me to properly take care of that person's problem. I am a retired professional photographer who wouldn't trust my eyes to anyone else except maybe his two children who are following in his footsteps. If you are looking for a quick stop eye surgeon kind of like a quicky lube oil change go somewhere else.

Dr. Rouse is wonderful we have seen him for several years and he is always kind and caring. Willing to explain things how we are able to understand and answer any questions. We couldn't ask for a better doctor to be involved in our daughters care. The staff from the office (we have been to about every office)to nurses are all very nice but Lisa holds a special place in our hearts.

Very disappointing appointment. It is a shame that older patients are not given the same attention as younger people. Age is just a number not the lifestyle and ability of the person. Dr.Lubert is older and possibly should should consider retirement.

My husband's cataract surgery went very well. We were very pleased with all the planning and preparation. Dr. Doss and all who work with him are very good! We appreciate the process from beginning to end. My husband is pleased to be able to see so well without glasses!

Good morning all! Get ready for an amazing experience!!! In my opinion, Dr. Paul Froula and his Staff are the best!!! I would give them a 10, on a scale of 1-10, ten being the best! Dr. Froula and his Staff are genuine and personable. They are also professional and knowledgeable. This is my story: When my vision first became blurry, I was hoping and thinking the blurriness would go away and clear vision would return. So, I was patient and gave my vision time to return. After 1 year using over the counter eyedrops, my vision remained the same. At this time, I began searching for an eye doctor who would examine my eyes and advise me of what I needed to do. So, I began reading testimonies about different eye doctors (Thank you to all who share their testimonies). After reading several testimonies about Dr. Froula, I made the decision to see him for my eye care. Dr. Froula advised me to have cataract removal and lenses replacement. December 9, 2025 I had the surgery in my dominant right eye. The day after surgery I could see clearly with NO blurriness. My vision in the right eye is 20/20. Surgery on my left eye is scheduled for the January 2026. Thank you Dr. Froula for giving me the precious gift of clear vision!!! Also, a big thank you to your Office Staff and Surgical Staff!!!
