IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A HEART FOR A MOTHER RAISING A CHILD SHE DID NOT BIRTH BUT WANTS TO GIVE A FIGHTING CHANCE THEN YOU SHOULD NOT BE A PROVIDER!!!!!!I called in to be sure both sides Md/Vision had the accurate insurance information for my son, the eye glass lady began to be rude and I tried my very best to change the mood and she went to put me on hold and accidentally hung up on me. No big deal because I needed to dig and make sure I had the right cards(I just got done getting custody of him, his father wronged my little girl and is in prison but I kept him so he would have a life) I call back once I have collected everything and this time got the MD side, as soon as she found out my sons name she started in and I just wanted her to know I did not hang up on anybody, she then said YES YOU DID, I AM THE MD AND I DO NOT WANT TO SEE YOUR SON. I began to cry at this point and said ma'am please understand my situation, I was making sure I had the right info for you and she stated she didn't care. I am not proud of calling her a bad name before I hung up but no more than I did I received a messaged his appointment had been canceled. My son is going blind in his right eye and she knows this yet this is how she treated me. I pray for this MD to find her bedside manner again as I deal with PCP every day and she is very ugly and cruel and should no longer be in practice.
