I've been a patient here since their Wolfchase Galleria days. I used to work at the mall, so it was convenient to see them. Now I go because I've always received consistent care. From scheduling an appointment online to the very friendly ladies at the front desk, to the optician to the ladies in the frames shop, this eye doctor gets five stars from me every time!
Their exams are very affordable and haven't gone up very much in the ten years I've been going to them, which is saying a lot these days. The exam rooms and office areas are very clean and smell neutral. All of the staff are very kind, always make sure they've answered all my questions, and though I usually have a lot of questions, no one ever gets annoyed. They're very patient and knowledgeable.
I'm likely to actually travel some distance to see these folks if I move far away. 10/10 highly recommend.

The front desk was lovely and welcoming. I did notice that as all the adults left one of them change the tv to a Disney movie for my children which was a very nice gesture! I was pulled back for some preliminary tests prior to seeing the doctor and the gal testing me held my chair so I could sit! It's the lil things! Dr. Walker first off is gorgeous but also very sweet and the eye exam was quick and efficient! Overall the experience was great and I will be back! I would also like to mention that this was the day prior to thanksgiving and I noticed that one of the gals working had her sweet daughter in the office and a company that supports mothers and is flexible in this regard is what we need in this world! I am a mom and it's so difficult when kids are out of school so thank you to them for allowing that young lady to still support her family! Bless them!

Words cannot explain how absolutely satisfied I am with my visit today. I've been going through issues with the wrong prescription(s) for almost a year, and I found Dr. Buck and he fixed everything today and I am overjoyed. I have definitely found my new Optometrist. The office was very clean and the staff were nice and my visit did not take long at all. I am so very happy.

From the ladies that check you to the people that perform your tests and the doctors- great customer service! It's so rare to get that service from EVERYONE in the office. Called and scheduled 2 appointments for the next day, received all forms electronically to complete as new patients. Arrived 10 minutes prior to the appointment time and only had a short wait until we were called to the back. The services were completed quickly and thoroughly. In total we were there an hour for 2 people to be seen. Highly recommend this location for your eye exam needs.

I have been seeing Dr. Buck and his associates for years. I have used several locations.The staff is very courteous , polite and knowledgeable. It was first visit with Dr. Taylor, he was great as well. I had an appointment and it started very, very late. I don't know if the office overbooked or they allowed too many walk-ins, but it was disappointing and inconvenient. I use this location compared to the other ones because of their usual convenience and efficiency. Due to appointment running behind and other obligations , I was unable to complete eyeglass selection and will have at least two more trips to office.
