The whole experience from checking in, eye exam, optical shop, to checking out was the absolute BEST of any doctor's office I have visited. I interacted with 5 different people during my visit and was treated with kindness, compassion and the highest level of professionalism I have seen anywhere! Alex aka 'Dallas' was awesome! Everyone at the Eye Center that I encountered was very pleasant and informative. The wait time was minimal from check- in until my name was called. My doctor, Dr. Tyler was very thorough with my exam. He listened to my issues and addressed each one to my satisfaction. The optical technician, Emily, was very helpful in explaining the difference in the lenses available. Who knew an eye appointment could be so painless. If anyone is looking for a place for full in house service, give the Eye Center a try at the Southern College of Optometry, you will be glad you did. Thanks Eye Center for taking good care of my eyes.
