A friend recommended Optometry Group to me, and I can see why she recommended it so highly. It is relatively tucked away, out of sight from Poplar Ave., so I never really noticed it before, even though I live nearby. The office staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The office was clean and had a lovely decor. There were a wide range of frames available. Dr. Moore was excellent! I had a thorough exam, it was so easy to get an appointment, and I will pass on the recommendation to my friends and family!

Visiting the Optometry Group is always a joy. I have been a patient here more than twenty years. The staff are professional & efficient; they are happy to answer our questions and resolve any issues we have. The doctors are top notch. They ask pertinent questions, listen to concerns we have, and give us excellent care.

I've been seeing Dr. Hines for years. He's always friendly, efficient and thorough. I'm always taken back for my exam quickly, and I'm in and out in less than an hour. This office values its patients and respects busy schedules, and the staff always have a smile on their faces. I definitely recommend this practice, especially Dr. Hines.

I have been a patient of Dr Nance for quite some time and yesterday's visit to the Optometry Group was exemplary as always. The entire staff is very friendly and engaging. The environment is inviting and welcoming. The interactions with the front desk were extremely pleasant. The tech who performed my work up examination (Jade) did a n outstanding job; she was simultaneously professional, knowledgeable, and charming. Dr Nance was through, accessible, and kind (as he has always been), and my optician Jen also did a great job and was very personable. In summary: Not only the Optometry Group is the very best place I have ever been for eye care, it is one of the most exemplary medical facilities I have ever visited. Thanks to everyone for the delightful experience.

It's always a great experience going to the Optometry Group. Karen in particular was such a great experience helping me change up my glasses game - she made it so easy and helped me relax and actually have fun picking out two new frames (I'm a dark frames only kind of gal and she helped me explore colors!)

Staff is friendly and attentive. Never have to wait long for my appointment. In and out in a reasonable amount of time. No one tries to upsell me on things I don't need. Doctors are friendly and communication is great. Always walk out of here with a pair of glasses that look good on me.

5 stars all the way for Optometry Group. I had zero wait time and my complete appointment was done in less than 45 minutes. I walked out with contacts that had me seeing clearly and WAY better than I had in years. Everyone was extremely friendly and I highly recommend Optometry Group for your vision needs!!
