Was very good service. Very quick and organized. I appreciate Dr. Cooper showing me a picture of my small cataract and explaining it to me after Dr. Talley did his thorough consultation.

Dr. Cooper and his staff were amazing. They were so cordial and professional and explained everything during my visit. They answered all my questions and were very thorough. Dr. Cooper is excellent and really desires the best outcome for his patients. I highly recommend him.

I have been going to this doctors office since I've been in the 3rd grade ( I am 27 now). The past couple of years , the staff has been horrible and unprofessional. I had an appointment for my yearly eye exam and was told that they had to order my contact lens trials since they didn't have them in office, was told they would call me once those were in. About a month goes by and still no call. I called to check the status of my trials and everyone I spoke to acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. I was getting passed around on the phone and also hung up on at times. They finally as last resort asked the doctor and he said he forgot to write on my checkout sheet about my trials. I had to wait more time to get my trials. When they finally came in, I did not have time to come and get them because of my job. I took off (before my next yearly exam ) to go pick up my trials and was told that I would have to do my eye exam again. That's sounds like insurance fraud to me. I spoke with director of operations/ office manger, Barbara K. And she did not care about the rude, unprofessional and inconvenience I experienced. She told me I would have to pay for another eye exam again even if it wasn't time for my next yearly exam. She was very rude and not sympathetic at all. This was the WORST I've ever been treated by a doctors office! No accountability, unprofessional and unorganized! Don't waste your time or money. I not attend another eye doctor and it's literally the BEST decision I've made

If you value your time and sanity DO NOT go to this office. Other locations may be better but this one will NOT return your call. They will NOT order the glasses you pay for. They WILL text you out of the blue and say you owe them money. And when you call to ask why, you'll have to leave a voicemail. Because they don't answer. You've been warned.

I think this was the most thorough eye exam my husband has ever had. Dr. Cooper was excellent. I also had my diabetic eye exam lately and previously got my glasses at WTE and am very pleased with how they worked to make sure my glasses were perfect. They had to send them back three times for corrections , but they were determined to get it right. My husband had an appointment. He saw Dr. Talley who explained everything to us as he went along. He even showed us the images of my husband's eyes. Dr. Cooper stopped in to say hello which I thought was very nice. We are very pleased with this practice.

Ten outta ten love this place , they always do the most to make u feel welcomed .

The staff is Friendly, very clean place . The doctor's make sure that I understood my condition I appreciate that. It's on the main road so it's not difficult to find. I would give it a five however we all can improvement something

Dr. Cooper and staff are the greatest. The exam is very thorough with a variety of devices to check your eyes. The staff are so friendly and thoughtful. They explain in great detail what procedures and the results of your exam before you leave the office. I highly recommend West Tennessee Eye and have made future appointments to come back.
