I called to make an appointment, got in the next day, which is a plus! My appointment was on time, thoroughly conducted, and the staff was friendly. Dr. O gave me a few options, and explained them perfectly, so I could make an educated decision. Overall the visit was a positive one. I'm new to the area, and I'm glad I found this place.

I find it interesting that I had posted a review of West Tennessee Eye a couple of weeks ago and my review went away. I am so no happy with them I decided to repost a review. If I could give zero stars I would. Even if you have insurance this place will try to rip you off. The admin named David has a bad attitude. It almost seems as though he purposely tries to get more money out of you. I had to nearly have an argument with him to get him to admit that I had not used my insurance benefit for contacts yet. BEWARE of WEST TN EYE especially DAVID. He becomes will start wining and will try to over charge you.
