West Tennessee Eye Millington: Dr. Cooper, Dr. Talley, Dr. Mokry & Associates

Dr Copper was my boys eye Dr over 25 years ago! My youngest son was the first baby he had a patient and he was always very good with him and gentle. Trust me my son didn't like getting his eyes dilated so often and Dr Copper and his staff were always friendly and king and very helpful. At age 10 months Dr Copper did his eye surgery and I felt completely comfortable with his care. Thank you Dr Copper and I'm so glad to see you're still practicing and living a great life!

I have already recommended it to 3 people. Our appointment went perfectly. They let me fill out the paperwork at home and bring it with me. They took us back BEFORE our scheduled appointment time. Dr. O was wonderful with my son and answered any questions that he had. She was very patient and kind. The staff could not have been friendlier. I am so glad that we made an appointment here. It was the best experience that we have ever had with an eye doctor.

This office just wasted my time today. I had an appointment for my daughter at 3:45 and they wanted me to come in at 2pm. I agreed and picked her up early from school and showed up at 2:30pm. Instead of the staff being more professional, one lady told me they can't see her today in the most insensitive way possible and didn't apologize or nothing. Maybe they all wanted to go home early for the weekend or something, but that wasn't a good way to handle the situation at all. I still thanked them and walked out. Just don't go if you're a new customer.

I've been coming here and seeing Dr. Cooper since he first took over the practice. In fact I had an appointment today. Dr. Cooper is the best. He always takes time to explain things and answers all my questions regarding my eye care. The front office is welcoming and I've never had a problem with my insurance or scheduling appts. I'm in and out within an hour. Lindsey was super helpful in helping me pick out my glasses listening to what would be most satisfactory and comfortable for me. I highly recommend West Tennessee Eye.

I recently visited here and I haven't had a lot of time or experience with the doctor since it was my first time visiting, but he did end up helping me renew the contacts that I was most comfortable in after trying something different. I was thankful for that! Listening to a patient's needs is a very important key to a successful patient/doctor relationship. I've known Ashlee R. (Assistant/Tech) for a long time but never seen her in action at a workplace. She was awesome, and she'll make you feel super comfortable with your contacts measurements, etc. Michelle was very patient and helpful with getting me hooked up with copies of prescriptions and assisting with my contact dilemma, and finishing up my glasses purchase. Teresa has a pleasant personality and helped get us hooked up with frames, and invoicing. Customer service goes a long way (this coming from an HR specialist ) ! Those three definitely get that piece.

Great doctor and customer service. I showed up 20 minutes early & they got me in 20 minutes ahead of my appointment time. I've had glasses since I was a little girl so I've been to a ton of eye doctors. Happy to say this was probably my best experience at one! Loved it & highly recommend.

everyone is very kind and patient. the office is always clean and organized. im really awkward but they make me pretty comfortable. they also have good options for frames, even if you have not-so-great insurance like me. i wont go into how bad my last eye doctor's office was, but we'll just say this is a HUGE step up.

Very friendly staff! My daughter is 6 and they made her feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Cooper explained her condition clearly and went above and beyond to help my daughter with her vision problems. Highly recommend!
