Dr. D. E. Harmon Eye Clinic

My daughter has needed glasses for awhile now. I was unable to find a place that would cover our insurance until her new Dr. referred us to Dr. Harmon. I am so grateful!!! The staff is absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. Dr. Harmon himself was just fantastic with my daughter and I am just blown away by how sweet and caring everyone was and they went beyond to make sure my girl got her first pair of glasses. 10/10 Highly recommend.

Awesome staff, friendly very helpful. DR. Harmon extremely nice and helpful. Covers any and all issues you might have with your eyes and vision.

beware this office does fraudulent activity. i went in with insurance through my employer. i gave front desk the insurance companies instructions to bill on a simple second opinion. she stared at me dumbfounded and said yea ok. the. asked for my medical insurance to have it on file said its protocol after i told her that insurance did not cover my exam to only use my separate vision insurance again she stared dumbfounded and said ok. i should have seen this a red flag. 3 weeks later me and my wife got a bill from out medical insurance for services they did not cover. 3 diferente services. way over priced because he just looked at exiting prescription had me stare at letters real quick and sent me in my way. so the staff lied to me. never reached out again just billed the wrong insurance leaving me with a problem and used an insurance i never authorized. i would stay away and yes im fixing this and perusing it as fraud.

I went in for an eye exam and had a very disappointing experience. I was not told until the end of my appointment that my insurance will not cover anything, even though I gave all of my information over the phone, prior to the appointment. I also requested a copy of my prescription and they would not provide that for me, without a large fee. After finding out that is illegal in the state of Tennessee, I went back in and they handed it to me with no problem. It is a shame to think they are doing this to people with no access to that information, and getting away with it. I could not suggest this doctors office any less.

I cannot say enough good things about this business. Dr. Harmon is a wonderful doctor and does great with both my daughters. He is always so gentle and explains everything to them. His staff has always welcomed us and seem to go above and beyond what is required. They have a good selection of frams to choose from that are reasonably priced.

My sweet 6-year-old went there today to be seen by Dr Harmon and his wonderful staff. She finds new experiences pretty overwhelming and so was pretty nervous, but everyone was so kind and efficient so she didn't have time to get bored. It was a great experience and she found glasses that she absolutely loves! So thankful we found this great optometrist in Morristown.

The Staff was Absolutely Kind and Made You Feel like You were a Valued Patient, Dr Harmon was So Nice, Respectful and Did a Great Job working with My Eye Sight! I would Absolutely Recommend Dr Harmon for He Cares for His Patients! The Lady that was Helping Me Figure Out What Type Glasses I Wanted was So Sweet and Kind, We were Upstairs and Downstairs Trying to Find What I wanted and She was So Patient with Me, I have OCD So Everything has Got to be just Right and After Looking and Trying on Glasses for I know a Good 30 mins or So, We finally Found What I Wanted, Wish I Could Remember Her Name but the Whole Staff was So Kind, Caring, Respectful, I'd Highly Recommend Dr Harmon to Anyone Needing Glasses! Oh, And Another Awesome Thing, If You Don't have the Money like Myself to Pay for Your Glasses that Day, They will Hold Them and You can Make Payments and that was a Huge Plus for Me for We live on a Very Strict Budget and I just didn't have All the Money So YES, Remember that if You're Looking for an Eye Dr for Dr Harmon will Let You Make Payments! Again I Highly Recommend Dr Harmon and if I Could I'd Give Dr Harmon and His Staff a 10+

Very quick and professional. The staff are very kind and communicative, and the eye doctor himself made sure that I knew everything going on with my eyes even if they weren't serious or abnormal. He was very informative and helpful, and I had a very easy time with my exam thanks to him. Highly, highly recommend this office! Possibly the best eye office I've ever been to!
