He is a wonderful physician and a nice guy However his practice Management director needs to be reprimanded. The practice schedules appointments and reminds the patient of the schedule multiple times and even suggests if you must cancel at the last minute you will be charged. However when the patient comes at the correct time you will wait for hours to get in. I waited 2.5 hours to see the doctor. The front office staff never explained the delay and basically ignored the patients . Our time is valuable. Leaving us sitting for hours without explanation is unnecessary, rude and disrespectful
