The doctor I saw that day, Timothy Stout was a very nice man...the problem wasn't with him. The problem lies with the person who set my appointment up. I was very clear with that person that I only needed an eye surgeon that specialized with thyroid eye disease and she assured me that the Morristown office had doctors who definitely did just that! I went in and was told by the doctor that none of them worked with TED patients. I was sent a bill for my portion after insurance and I called and kept explaining to different people that I wasted my time going in to be seen and was told misinformation just to get me in there. Long story short, no one cared lol...no one ever called me back and no one ever tried to help me so I just now paid it. It's just disappointing but a lesson learned.

Never ever visit this location again. Call 1800 number to get medical records. Left message and never received a call back. Drove to the location in morristown and arrived 2pm. Closed even though posted hours read. M-F Open 8am to 5pm.
Walked next door to the surgery and was told there is a $40. Charge to obtain medical records. Will never ever return.

Office staff is very unfriendly and on my third visit here they once again ask for all my insurance info and an hour later they still have it and I guess trying to figure it out on their end. ( Although they have already filed a claim on it) I found Dr. stout to be unfriendly as well and either unwilling or unable to answer my questions. 3 strikes and you're out,!

Took my daughter to the morristown office they was suppose to schedule a test it's been almost 2 months and the nurse has not done so she just says she is working on it also left a message for the supervisor no return call . Just wondering who ever over sees these employees needs to be replaced!!!
