America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Found my new favorite! I stopped in 10 min til close to get a quick eyeglass adjustment since they're my backup and they were janky! The LDO, Asif, straightened them in 2 quick twists; the man must have magical talents, though he claims it was his schooling haha. My main glasses had one of the arms fall off, and he fixed them as well even though I hadn't come in for them to be fixed (I thought they were unsalvageable, the hinges were totally twisted). I don't even remember if they were from America's Best, I've had them that long! Asif, and the other gentleman there, were both so helpful, especially since I was that horrible customer coming in right before close. I live closer to other America's Best locations, but this store now has a customer for life. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I have been a customer of the Americas Best on Lebanon Pike for some time now and I was delighted to see a location open up much closer to my home, in Murfreesboro road. I stopped in today to get my glasses adjusted and they offered prompt service, even though I purchased my glasses at a different location. I'll be sending my husband here when it's time for his next pair!

I've always gone to this optician's in different locations, but I've never found one where I can get someone who speaks Spanish! And for many of us, the language barrier is a problem, especially with With this type of query

I had an appointment today for 12:50. I arrived at 12:45 and was told it would be around 30 minutes before I could be seen. Not a big deal. I sat there for 30 minutes then was told that the people doing the test would be taking lunch and I wouldn't be able to be seen until 3:00 PM. I would not recommend this location based upon my experience today.
