The best experience at this location! Every staff member male and female was SO friendly, professional and just lovely to be around. They went above and beyond for our first. Truly, one of the only "appointments" I've been to in a long time that was enjoyable. Thank you to your wonderful staff at the Charlotte Pike location!

A complete waste of time and money , came in this morning for an eye exam and to see if I wanted contacts or glasses and as I am picking my glasses out an employee named Hime decided to let me know that " I am just as blind as him " & that I need to basically be more realistic about my own glasses choice . I ignored his first few comments and then he decided to walk up to me as I'm on my phone & tell me " look at you on your phone not even looking up what you need to know about your glasses " . Very inappropriate and rude , I let the general manager know and she laughed in my face as if it was a joke. Doctor let me know my vision in one eye got worse and the other better yet still walked out with the same prescription for both eyes ??? First time I ever experienced this , now I am walking around with extremely uncomfortable contacts in and $150 down the drain , thank you Americas "best"!!

Hime was TERRIFIC!!!! He worked with me in a most professional and fun way from the FIRST time I stepped into the store through multiple visits to try on and get family feedback, to the final ordering process!!!! And I, might add, that I placed the order that Hime helped work up from my very first visit in the store. Pick up was equally as quick efficient and Professional! I had nothing but a 100% positive experience and I highly recommend America's Best for your next ophthalmology need

Absolutely, without a shadow of a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had at an eye clinic. Went in to get a simple prescription renewal and waited for over an hour with no communication. I ended up just leaving. Once I got home, I received a voicemail apologizing and explaining the doctor wasn't in that day. I guess the apology was nice but what?? I waited over an hour for a doctor that wasn't even there. I would not recommend going here.

Everyone was so professional. Hime is the best. He has a great personality and even better attitude. Although they're out of network for my insurance they gave me the best experience that I've ever had with getting an eye exam. If you're in need of an eye exam, glasses and/or contact I recommend you visit the Charlotte Pike location. Thanks Hime and staff. Y'all are awesome

Everyone was so friendly from the moment I walked in. I was able to get an eye exam and order my contacts in under 30 minutes, all because the team worked so well together. Sam and Jan were both so helpful and sweet. Elizabeth also has wonderful energy, and there was a very sweet new girl at the front desk. I will be coming back here whenever I need anything for my eyes. Very different from the treatment I got at Warby Parker, where I even left crying once

I always love coming to the store. I have used this store for years as an adult. Recently, I came in to get my glasses adjusted and Hime was such a joy ! He helped me and my son all while conversing about different topics. He was welcoming, funny, kind and I HAD to make a review about this person. One of the best I've met at the Charlotte pike store
