Not only does Chart Optical have the coolest glasses, but they really know how to make you feel special with their "white-glove service" experience. They offer a custom fitting from a licensed optician with luxury and affordable eyewear. I love going there just to look at all of the unique styles you can't get anywhere else in Nashville!!! I give this the highest rating I can. I've worn glasses every day since I was 5. And so because of that, I just never think about glasses and eye-wear. I have always just worn whatever I could get. Over time, I've bought just the most affordable but good looking pair I could get at the mall. Chart Optical is different mainly because of the personal care. May sat with me and we talked about my goals. I didn't even know I had goals with glasses. I mean, other than to SEE better. She really knows her stuff about eye-wear and how it relates to style and fashion and personal branding.... these are things I'm just now trying to figure out for myself. Anyway, I got some glasses from her a week ago. Not only do these glasses fit me better than any pair I've ever had, but also I've had more comments about my glasses in this past week than at any point in my life ever. And I feel like a new person. That's the highest result I can think of and the highest praise I can put on a service like Chart Optical's.

If you've never worked with May Hwen, you don't know what an Optician can really do for you. Her technology, style, and service are incomparable. I'd bought glasses before and couldn't even wear them comfortably. Doing business on Zoom, I wanted top-notch eyewear both to see and be seen. What a difference!
