I was referred to Dr. Kim when a scheduled retinal detachment repair had to be cancelled because my eye was discovered to be badly infected. Dr. Kim did an incredible job of repairing and saving my badly damaged eye, and managed a 9 months long program to defeat the infection. Since then, he has given me an injection in that eye every two months, to stabilize macular degeneration, doing so with great care to minimize my discomfort during and after this procedure. He is a superb physician, and a very pleasant person to deal with.
