Eye Surgery Center of Nashville

Great staff, very professional and caring during both of my cataract surgeries. In the most recent, Taylor started my IV and was very good. Everyone was very friendly and gave me excellent care.

I recently had cataract eye surgery here and my experience was 10/10! The staff was outstanding , attentive , knowledgeable and very caring. They put me at such ease that I had no concerns when returning to have my second eye surgery. The follow up what excellent and timely. Much respect and appreciation for the nurses , staff and Dr Groos. I suggest anyone needing eye surgery find out if it can be done here. I rarely write reviews but wanted to share my wonderful experience.

Just had surgery 6 days ok. I made my choice based on the surgeon. Let's face it , so what if they don't offer you Diet Coke , ( although they did)it's about your VISION.the point was excellent results. I'm an ICU nurse of 40 years. I will not tolerate poor care or ignorance, My experience with this surgery center was good. My nurse was not the most chatty person but I also know I was not her only patient or only one who needed her care and attention, The staff was attentive as needed , knowledgeable and I felt safe. Thrilled with my vision outcome

I had my ICL procedure yesterday at the Eye Surgery Center and Bri was my nurse. She was soo warm, engaging, welcoming and made me feel at complete ease. The entire staff was wonderful and my procedure done by Dr. Jones was quick, no pain/minimal discomfort and was a success.

I had eye surgery at this center recently and everything was perfect and very professional. I am an RN so I'm pretty picky about my health care but everything from the registration person to the nurse starting my IV to the nurse anesthesiologist was great. And of course my surgeon, Dr. Parker is brilliant and very capable. I would definitely recommend the center.

I have been twice for cataract surgery. I would not recommend here. My first trip , the reception & admittance nurse was fantastic. I told them up front J was nervous and scared of needles. The nurse giving my IV put it my hand hit something, kept digging. I screamed bloody murder. Two different people came in am told me to hush, I was scaring their patients. I could reschedule if I liked. After she finished putting everything in my IV she patted the IV & said it's all done. Got me into the next room & said she had to run an IV.(she had pulled it out of my hand). OMG after the worst part was over. Doctor did his part fine. The follow up call , I told them I did not want her for the second eye & not in the hand. The day of surgery I repeated that. OMG they gave me the same nurse again. She said oh I remember you. I would not let her put it in my hand & she still hurt but nothing like the first round. Everything else went fine. I

Had cataract surgery on June 8th. Nice clean facility, very professional staff, and every aspect of the procedure was clearly explained. The pre-op and OR staff were very attentive. Like all medical operations, the facility has added precautions due to the virus threat. My follow up with Dr. Parker this morning (day after surgery) was positive and the surgery was explained to be successful. My vision is a tad cloudy as expected, but has improved since waking up this morning.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. The best outpatient surgery facility I have ever been to. Special shout out to Virginia, the only person to start my IV on the first stick in years.
