Eyecare Plus White Bridge

I always have a great and easy experience at Eyecare Plus! The receptionist was very friendly as soon as I walked into the lobby. The atmosphere is clean and peaceful. The tech that performed the first part of my exam was very helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Shea and the new doctor were very kind and easy to talk to. I purchased a pair of adorable glasses and got fitted for the in minutes. I am looking forward to my next visit!

The office is new, clean, and well-run. If you're looking for a new optometrist in the area, this is a great spot, as they have lots of appointments as they're building up. They have nice, clean exam rooms and a kind staff who will do their best to help you find the right pair of glasses or contacts for you. They have a good selection of glasses, with affordable and still fashionable options up to more expensive, options. They work with your insurance (I have VSP) to get you the best possible savings and upgrades if you want them (including coating). I received my glasses quickly. They also helped my husband price-out options for contacts, which they can ship directly to your house.

They told me it would take 1-2 weeks for the frames to be ready. Well over two weeks later, they were ready, but they didn't even have prescription lenses in there. No one helped me with sizing or even asked if I wanted add-ons. ETA: They also give generic responses to bad feedback which is not helpful (i.e. "Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We are very sorry you had a negative experience. Our goal is the total satisfaction of our patients and to provide a positive experience.")

I've never had vision problems. Now, at age 32, started having vision issues and learned I have fluid behind pupil. No treatment was offered and was told to come back after 6 months for possible eye drops/treatment. 7 months later, no improvement, went back and zero treatment was offered. Doctor had to continuously go consult with other doctor for each question I asked. Was told to come back in a month. No thanks, I will never return or recommend this place to anyone.

I never write reviews, but I had a terrible experience here. After my eye exam, I purchased 4 boxes of contacts, which I paid in full with my eye exam. When I went to pick up, they claimed they made a "mistake" in the price and tried to upcharge an additional $84. They refused to give me the product I had paid for and instead gave a lower-cost product for the same price. They also refused to itemize my receipt. Would not recommend this business.

Came here for an eye exam and glasses. Medical professionals were great. Ordered glasses, paid for glasses. Went to pick up glasses and was told they forgot to charge me for a component. I told them I did not want to pay an additional $200 after already receiving my final bill and paying that prior to them ordering the glasses. Fine - they said they would waive the fee. Fee not waived and they contacted me to pay additional cost. I Contacted them again and told them they waived the fee, they said they would change it on their end. Fine. Sent to collections. Dishonest company or lazy? Either way save yourself the headache.

My daughter goes here and when I say they are quick, friendly and they keeps the place looking very nice and clean . Very recommended .

I concur with several of the other reviews. The day after my eye exam, I received a call from the Receptionist stating he made a "mistake" when I checked out. He advised me to call Billing. When I discussed with Billing, I was further advised to call the Receptionist back...whereas they don't speak to each other. It's not anyone's job to play phone hockey between a company's departments. Details aren't necessary here in regard to the mistake in billing (in dispute), although in alignment with several other reviews...their office practices leave a lot to be desired. I have had annual exams (with insurance) for 35 years, and have never encountered such an issue.
