I have been going here since I was a kid. As an adult, I hate coming. The Doctor is OK but the lady at the front desk is so stinking rude. She's rude over the phone and in person. She makes the entire experience a hassle. You would think a mom and pops practice would appreciate loyal PAYING customers. T
I really love the optical store staff next door. Great service and even better selection. Truthfully if it wasn't for the optical store next I wouldn't return.

The people are very rude here, which is surprising, because it's run by mostly middle age / elderly southern women. Normally you would have a more pleasant experience if that were the case.. The doctor is OK. he seems to get somewhat impatient if you're not quick to catch on to what he's explaining. It's been a few years since i've been here (been coming here for about 12 years now) and nothing has changed. I relocated to LA but still come back for updated prescriptions but after this next time I won't be returning.

I'm not feeling the customer service at this place. The receptionist referred to me as "This girl wants to know if you have a sample pair of contacts". Ummmmmmmmmmm, one I'm a grown woman and two, usually eye doctors will give you a pair until the ones you purchased comes in. I more than likely won't be back.
