I love it here so much. The staff is 10/10. Starting coming here a couple years ago and won't go anywhere else now. Dr. Talley is so lovely and Miyah is MY GIRL. I live in my contacts so I hadn't replaced my glasses in 11 years and it really was time. Miyah spent a lot of time with me helping me find just the right pair and really listened to my needs, preferences etc. she is honestly a delight just to be around, and made the whole experience so fun. Picked up my new glasses today and am very pleased! I've already gotten multiple compliments. The whole staff is seriously excellent and I'm grateful for such a wonderful place here in our neighborhood!

Reese the manager is fantastic and their staff is great. I order some lens they didn't workout for me. I was not able to visit the store with me staying 4 hours and 30 minutes away. Reese worked with me and shipped my lens to me. Next time I'm in Nashville I will be returning to store to purchase frames. Thank you

The service and staff at Image Optical were fantastic! We are from out of town and my son lost a screw in his glasses. They were helpful and cheerful the entire time. His glasses were tightened and adjusted while we were there and were on our way. I can't speak for the other services, but my experience tells me that you'll likely be well take care of for all your needs!

These people sell more than glasses. They are concerned with your health first then what kind of glasses can fit your appearance. They are professionals. I went there last two weeks following a recommendation of a colleague because "they have affordable glasses." Indeed, they had. Their first strength comes from the counter where I was met with great smiles and by people attentive to my needs. Besides, the in-house doctor double-checked the prescription and asked detailed questions to make sure I would have what I wanted. Their concern was not to sell me the most expensive frames but to help me choose what fits my face and the look I want to have. They promised to get my glasses ready within "7-10 working days." I had them in 3 days. Thank y'all. I will definitely recommend your services to people in need. Stayed blessed

The new X Track Lens by Varilux is the best lens I've ever had. Dr Talley recommended these based on my struggles with progressive lenses for years. Totally amazed!!!!! So glad I took her recommendation. Great knowledge and staff.

I had an amazing experience with Image Optical. I just got into town when suddenly my glasses temple broke off and I did not travel with any contacts. I decided to stop in and see if they could fix my glasses and they did an absolutely great job! The staff were so nice! If I actually lived in town, I would definitely come back to pick out some glasses because they have a great selection.

Came here looking for cute sunglasses and I found them. Erica helped me and she was truly patient and didn't make me feel rushed or as if it was all about a sale to her. I ended up with grey Chanel shades and I love them! This place carries quality products and provides exceptional service. I can't wait to return for my next pair. I saw some reviews said they're overpriced, but quality glasses aren't cheap. The price of my shades there were same as the Chanel website, Nordstrom's, and anywhere else I could find them. They didn't mark them up to ridiculous prices like some places therefore they've got a loyal customer now.
