Dr Glover transfers confidence in the patient (me). All the nurses are patient and helpful. For someone that is freeked out about someone else touching their eyes, I was completely comfortable with the whole process of the surgery and since then and today the follow-up visits have been a great experience.

I was taken in before my appointment time, all staff was outstanding and made me feel valued and comfortable. I had no wait time between necessary assessment, images of my eyes or waiting for the doctor. Dr. Jay Glover was very friendly, patient and explained everything to me in which I could understand and explained what my options are.

The staff were wonderful. I ended up needing shots in both of my eyes the Dr showed me the test results and explained everything where I could understand everything. The nursing staff treated me like an old friend and made me feel safe and comfortable with the procedure. While I still may have to have eye surgery I truly feel like I'm in safe hands with Dr. Glover and his staff.

Although I'm a layman, there is no doubt in my mind that Dr. Glover is excellent at what he does. My eyes are better than they have been for years. He caught an issue with my right eye before it became worse. I was very fortunate. He repaired my left eye as best as he could. My vision in my left eye is much improved. His staff is very competent and efficient. They stay very busy. I highly recommend Dr. Glover!

In March of 2024, I developed an eye condition out of the clear blue, that severly affected my vision. I saw Dr. Jay Glover for evaluation. During the visit, which last less than 15 minutes, he evaluated my eye, and immediately recommended surgery. Obviously, I had some questions about the condition, the surgery and recovery. As I asked about the condition, he abruptly left the room and asked his assistant to answer any other questions I had. She did until he returned to the room. He briefly discussed the recovery and left the room again abruptly, taking his assistant with him. There was no communication of "we will be right back", no explanation, just left. They returned and I was asked if I was ready to schedule surgery. I said, no, I don't understand enough to make that decision. He headed out the door again, stating as he left, "Let us know when we can help you". This was literally the most unprofessional, most uncaring, absolute worst doctor visit I have ever experienced or heard of. It truly was ludicrous. Fortunately, I found another FANTASTIC doctor diagnosed me with the same condition and TREATED ME WITH A SERIES OF EYE DROPS THAT HEALED THE CONDITION!!! NO SURGERY WAS REQUIRED. This review has one star because I cannot give less.

Grateful for Dr Glover and his staff, for their knowledge, abilities and professionalism in providing excellent eye care. I had laser surgery on my right eye (something I said I wouldn't do), but I was referred to Dr Glover, and felt I was in good hands and had the surgery. 6 months later, still doing great! Would definitely recommend them!

I had quit getting my eye injections, because of all of the horrible pain that I was experiencing at the place I went in Nashville. THEN I FOUND DR. GLOVER.... Zero pain at each visit, Dr. Glover is THE BEST OF THE BEST.... THANK YOU SO MUCH. And the office experience is tops also. They get you right in with minimal wait time. They understand your time is worth something also. You are always greeted with a big smile....!!

Dr. Glover is hands down a fantastic doctor. He's very quick, efficient, accommodating, and understanding. His staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable. The rooms and waiting area is always clean if there is ever chaos you wouldn't know it. I had a pretty large cornial abrasion it was definitely an emergency situation and he was able to get me in for a visit quicker than I expected. I can't say how grateful I am If you've ever had one I'm sure you can imagine why, if you haven't it's like having an eye made of sandpaper. he fixed me up and prescribed me a couple different eye drops and by my next visit the abrasion was completely absolved! Should the need arise I for one won't hesitate to call and make an appointment. 10/10 would recommend:)
