His nurse inside is terrible. Super entitled and pushy. She thinks she's the doctor.
He is genuinely great though. Also, the receptionist is very nice and helpful as is the glasses tech.

Dr Jessup is great. Talked to Susan the tech twice to try and replace my current contacts. She was extremely rude and inconsiderate both times that I spoke with her, said the customer put her on the defense. Dr. Jessup has been great at working with me and helping me find the right prescription.

I have been waiting 6 weeks for my eyeglasses to come in. That's unacceptable. Very poor communication about when you can expect the glasses you order- and pay hundreds of dollars for.... They won't tell you when you can get your order. The worst.
