I got an upper blepharoplasty last November. It was covered by my insurance because the skin above my eyes was beginning to impact my vision. I can't even begin to put into words how happy I am. Dr. Klippenstein performed the procedure, and I can't praise her enough. Her staff was also excellent.

Left on hold for an hour, twice. Useless to even try to get an appointment here. When I did get through they kept telling me to call back as the schedule for six months + wasn't out yet. Give up and go elsewhere.

Dr. Klippenstien did my eyelid surgery. I was born with one eye further back in my head which made it look like the left eye was smaller. She understood and totally helped with that issue when doing my surgery. The staff is amazing. I highly recommend.

I was referred to Dr. Klippenstein by a friend who said she was the best Oculo-Plastic surgeon in Nashville and beyond. My experience absolutely confirms this. Dr. Klippenstein is extremely skilled and I'm incredibly happy with the results of my cosmetic eye surgery. In fact, it's less than 2 weeks and I looked so much better after a few days (if not hours). The office is immaculate and the people who work there and were part of the team that assisted for the procedure were all terrific. I had absolutely no pain and there was no need for even an aspirin. If I were to advise a patient it would be to do the cold pack on your eyes for 15 minutes, then stop 15 minutes, and then do it again (all day long). I think this is much better than 15 minutes each hour. The other difficulty (which most people would say isn't a problem) is being unable to work out for 2 weeks. You'll feel so good almost immediately, and by 4 days you're ready to go back to the gym. I had to really work hard at being a compliant patient but did because I didn't want any problems. For those thinking of this procedure, don't wait another minute. It's easy.

My experience with Dr. Klippenstein and her staff was amazing from my initial consultation to the surgery to my post-op appointment. Dr. Klippenstein is down-to-earth, humble, and thoughtful. I absolutely LOVE my results and would recommend her to anyone thinking of having cosmetic or medically-necessary eye surgery.

Dr. Klippenstein is the absolute best! It was a very quick and easy procedure, the facility was nice and all billing was very straightforward. She is friendly, answers all questions thoughtfully and is an expert in her field. Highly recommend her.
