DaVon and Andrew were great to work with. They got us set up quickly and made sure my wife and I had our glasses in time for our next trip to Nashville. The process of sending in our prescriptions and ordering the glasses was completely seamless and stress-free. We live two hours away, and if you live in or around Nashville, it's definitely worth visiting LensCrafters in Green Hills to get the glasses you need.

Andrew was amazingly knowledgeable, friendly, conversational, and patient as we waded through every option for our three pair of glasses, and worked for us to get the best deal possible. We never felt rushed even though it's right at the end of the year and it's a very busy time for them. Plus, we had insurance coverage screw ups when we were trying to check out, and he continued to be wonderfully patient, never frustrated, and we never felt rushed. We can't rate him highly enough!

Hello, my name is Britney Van Order, and I am a patient at your Green Hills Nashville location. I was seen for an emergency appointment on October 12th, 2025, and I am writing to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation for Dr. Lindsey. She truly saved my life, and I do not say that lightly. Before seeing her, I had visited another eye doctor who dismissed my symptoms. I had been experiencing severe left eye pressure and a headache that persisted for 15 days, and despite my pain and fear, I felt ignored and unheard. When I arrived for my appointment with Dr. Lindsey, everything changed. From the moment she walked into the room, she treated me with respect, compassion, and genuine concern. She thoroughly evaluated me from A to Z, explained that I had severe dry eye and elevated pressure in my left eye, and considered every possibility including sinus-related issues. She didn't minimize my symptoms. She didn't rush. She listened. Later that evening, I received multiple missed calls from your office and even from Dr. Lindsey's personal cell. When I called back, she told me she had a gut feeling that something wasn't right and insisted I go to the emergency room to make sure I was safe. She trusted her instincts and because of that, I am still here today. Since that night, she has stayed actively involved in my care. She communicated with the emergency department, my primary care provider, and neurology. She pushed for answers when I felt helpless, scared, and in unrelenting pain. She fought for me when I didn't have the strength to fight for myself. Thanks to her persistence and care, I was referred to Loden Vision and evaluated by Dr. Hackett, which led to deeper testing, including MRI and MRV scans. Dr. Lindsey's instinct was right. I did have major sinus involvement, increased intracranial pressure, venous sinus stenosis, and CSF abnormalities all conditions that can cause severe headaches, vision loss, and even life-threatening complications. Because she acted quickly and refused to ignore the warning signs, my condition was finally identified. I now have life-saving surgery scheduled, aimed at protecting my vision, my neurological function, and my overall health. Without her, I would not have reached this point in time. Please know that Dr. Lindsey represents everything a patient hopes for in a physician: Compassion Thoroughness Medical intuition Dedication Advocacy Humanity She is the kind of doctor who changes and saves lives. I truly love and appreciate her, and I could never repay her for what she has done for me. Please recognize her, support her, and keep her within your organization. Wow, wow just wow! Came in with a destroyed pair of coach sunglasses of my wife's. I was told by Andrew that it didn't look good but he would give it a shot. I'm from out of town and Andrew literally brought them back to Life!! What a great guy! Also, they gave me a nice little bag to take them home because I brought them in a Ziploc bag. Wonderful experience thank you so much Andrew and thank you LensCrafters in Nashville at Greenhill mall!
