So glad I found this place. Dr Jessup was wonderful. Very professional and thorough with my exam. The staff was very friendly and helpful in my frame selection. (They have an amazing frame selection). Tyler knew exactly what he was doing and explained my benefits in a way I truly understood. The manager Nathan went out of his way to find my insurance info which was very helpful since I never received a card. Gem of a find!!!

One of the best eye doctors in Bellevue!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I was able to get in quickly for an eye irritation issue, which is so helpful. When I've gone for my regular exam, the process is so quick and I was able to get in and out in no time. Plus they were able to ship my contacts directly to me! Definitely recommend!

I had a routine eye exam and was very impressed with how efficient and well-run the office is. The entire process was smooth from check-in to check-out. Dr.Jessup was thorough, professional, and took time to explain everything clearly. I truly appreciated how organized and respectful of my time the practice is. I had a comprehensive exam at this facility. The doctor really took time to listen to my concerns and gave me thorough answers plus a number of options for moving forward. The associate helping our family pick out glasses was very helpful and patient. Overall, the facility was clean and welcoming, and we had a good experience!

I had a great experience at My Eye Doctor! I had an appointment on January 20, 2026. When I walked in, I was greeted by a very nice man who got me checked in. His friendliness and ease of manner immediately put me at ease. My appointment started right on time. I went back with a nurse who did a few tests. She was extremely kind and explained everything she was doing. The doctor, Dr Witters, then came in and did more testing. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and explained everything he was doing. After that, I went to pick a pair of prescription glasses. A very friendly man named Tyler helped me with this. He was so patient and so helpful. This was my first time picking out prescription glasses. Tyler offered much-needed suggestions on the size of frames I would need for my prescription. After the frames were settled on, he then helped me with different options for the lenses. The entire process was so simple and easy. Everyone here was great to me and put me at ease. I get very nervous at any doctor's office, so I really do appreciate how kind and patient everyone was with me. I highly recommend My Eye Doctor!

I have been going to Dr Jessup for years and he's always done a great job, at a fair price. Once I switched to one of those mall eye doctors and it was a huge wild goose chase, and I went back to Dr Jessup. Some of these cheapy mall places don't do it right! If you want your eyes really cared for - go to My Eye Dr!

I really liked the honesty and bedside manner of the doctor who did my exam. Then I worked with an employee name Tyler ordering my glasses. He was incredibly helpful. He spent time going over all the different options and making sure I understood the differences and the cost options. It was very refreshing to have an employee show that he really cared about making sure I received excellent service. I just got my new glasses. They are amazing. I'm very pleased.
