I had a great experience here today! Was in need of a new prescription and contacts because I didn't have any in my eyes at the time and lost my backup pair of glasses. So I was basically walking around blind as a bat for a bit.
This doctor's office made it quick, simple and a relief to visit. They have a shop dog as well, and she is precious! The waiting area is very clean open and inviting.
They also use state of the art technology that is very up-to-date which helps make the appointment all the more better! They got me in super quick, same day and understood my needs and urgency.
The front desk ladies were also very kind! One of them brought me back and was super sweet as she helped me get my prescription! The same with the doctor !!!
Overall great experience & I do recommend this Eye Doctor to anyone. Kids adults, elders, bring em all!

They have a beautiful new location with ample parking in Midtown. The staff there is just amazing and very welcoming. They are always smiling and taking care of anything you need. The waiting area is relaxing with lots of beverages to choose from.
Dr. Koch and team are just wonderful. Very thorough and use cutting edge new technologies for eye exams, an you never feel rushed ! She answers all questions and really helps explain things nicely.
I'm so happy and satisfied with my recent visits and couldn't ask more from a customer satisfaction and diagnosis/treatment stand point.
