This is our third round of business with the immaculate people at The SEE Store! Amanda and Anna are absolute gems and treat us like family every time we visit; whether for a tune-up on our frames over time or with placing new orders, they always take intentional time to make sure we are thoroughly taken care of and have all we need. We finally have a collection of SEE glasses (see pics) and can't choose just one favorite pair because we love them all so much! We couldn't have asked for a greater experience or better care! Not to mention the store is always spotless and looks impeccable each time we step in there. Attention to detail is unmatched in every way! This crew never fails to make me and my wife's experience memorable and enjoyable. We personally do not enjoy the generic sales approach given at other stores but can confidently say that these folks aren't just here to sell you on stuff, they're here to help you make the most informed decision possible so you get the most out of your purchase. SEE makes frames in small batches thus keeping the company's frame designs fresh and giving repeat customers a reason to return just to see what's new. The staff is super friendly and helpful. A salesperson selected frames for me that I would not have selected for myself. But the suggestion looked fantastic and I look forward to wearing the new style.

SEE Eyewear in Greenhills does AMAZING work!!! Ask for Jordan! He's a master technician and fashion lens consultant. I have had a pair of Cartier Frames customized by them and I get tons of compliments! SEE what the fuss is about and check'em out!!

I walked in and was given warmest greeting from Jordan. He was amazing from start to finish. Helped me pick out multiple frames options that were perfectly suited for me (I got them all!) and even got me set up for my eye exam (my prescription had in fact changed). I can't recommend SEE and Jordan enough. Customer service 10/10. And I have gotten tons of compliments on my new "statement" glasses!

Always receive the most excellent care at this store. The staff has a very high level of knowledge and expertise to make sure I receive the appropriate frame, lens and fit that works best for me. There is a surprising amount of detail that goes into making sure our glasses are just the right fit. Very grateful customer. Thanks, Amanda!

Beware. Both my mom and her friend got their Chanel and Korean tailored glasses, crooked and broken by these so called specialists. They couldn't even get reimbursement because these people made them sign a contract that said if these people broke your glasses, they were not responsible. I'm not really sure how you can back this kind of practice? Now they have to figure out how to fix it and it's a shame since they went to Nashville to relax and have fun. Ps: if you don't have the ability to fix certain glasses maybe let them know.

Amanda and Jordan at the Green Hills location went above and beyond. This was the best customer service that I've received in many years and is greatly appreciated. A pair of sunglasses I've had for years broke, they tried diligently to fix them. When that didn't work, Jordan offered a replacement and still are sending off the original pair to see if they are repairable! They were kind, welcoming and I highly recommend this store for all of your glasses needs.
