The staff is awesome, Tis, Stephanie and Mar could not have been nicer, helpful, understanding and professional. Dr LeSueur is a different story, my first visit with her and she had zero personality! Kept me waiting in the exam room for about 40 minutes. Didn't apologize, Never called me by name, didn't take a few minutes to get to know me went straight to the computer and started my exam, when finished she didn't thank me, wish me Merry Christmas or see ya next time. Just a matter of fact and no personality. I felt like she didn't care about me as a patient. But the ladies on the front and Mar the tech were awesome, made me feel like I had been coming there for years. Made me feel special. I would have given 5 stars had it not been for Dr LeSueur. Not a fan.

I am very impressed with all the staff I encountered. The receptionist, Letitia, was pleasant and thorough with every patient, Adrianne, the tech who was very professional, thoughtful and explained each test so well and of course Dr. Hartman, provided probably the best experience in my 76 years of seeing physicans or having medical treatments.
Dr Hartman addressed each one of my concerns, educated me on possible ways to go, and provided solutions. I left feeling like my health mattered and he was seeing ways to alleviate my concerns!
I am actually sitting in my car waiting for the eye dilation to subside(take all typos knowing this). I am honestly blown away by the level of care I had today at the Skyline office.
