Dr . Melissa Toyos is one of a kind exceptional Eye Surgeon. Not only are her laser skills perfect , her technique, patient side manner are over the moon. She explains all procedures thoroughly and is willing to talk with you about questions and her professional advice as well. Toyos Clinic has services for all. 5 stars is an understatement .

Dr. Melissa Toyos truly cares about her patients. I had a scare with one of my eyes and was able to get in same-day as a brand new patient. It was a later appointment, and I could tell she had seen many patients that day, but I got top quality attention. She was friendly, personable, and extremely knowledgable. I can tell her philosophy is not a "wait and see" method. What I mean is I appreciate her pro-active approach, not being afraid to order tests to make sure nothing is missed. I received a personal call from her the same day my test results came in, which is so very rare in today's medical landscape and was so appreciated. I feel very taken care of and look forward to continuing care here.

Dr. Toyos and his staff are fabulous. I flew to see him from Omaha based on reviews and am so happy I traveled to see him. I'm encouraged by my visit and know Dr Toyos will help fix my eyes!

Dr. Rolando Toyos has no bedside manner, nor did he introduce himself. I was told my cataract surgery would be at 9:30 and wasn't taken back until almost noon. No explanations from anyone. Dr. Melissa Toyos is never on time, even keeping me waiting for my 9:15 appointment today until 10:24, which is a waste of my time. My eyes are no better than they were in April when I came to their clinic.

My experience here was just ok, and I'm bummed I paid as much as I did for the glasses and they still aren't where they need to be, but driving 30+ minutes to go back and leave disappointed again isn't something I'm willing to use my PTO for. I didn't have to wait too long for my appointment, but there was some confusion when I asked for my prescription. I still had intentions of ordering a pair of frames while I was there, so I was surprised when they said I was all set, but I ended up ordering a pair after explaining what my intention was. The pair I tried on fit at the time, but when I came to pick them up they were so loose they fell right off the moment I looked down. Unfortunately, they are short staffed so the guy wasn't there when I first came to pick them up so I left them there for the next time I could stop by. I came back a second time (after calling to confirm the guy would be there) and tried them on, and they were still very loose and crooked. He popped my lens out to try and work the frame, but at the end of the day the glasses were still too loose. He blamed it on the thickness of my lens. I was also told as long as they look even on your face, it doesn't matter how they lay on the table, because one arm was not even resting on the table at that point. I walked away feeling defeated and I have gone back to wearing my old glasses because they just fit better.

My experience with Toyos has been wonderful. I truly believe Dr. Mellisa has helped save my vision after a traumatic sports eye injury. After my vision was stabilized, Dr. Ellis was so patient working with me to ensure we had the correct prescription. Josh in optical has been great to work with as well. Thanks to him I have the perfect pair of glasses, contacts and mirror sunglasses. I would highly recommend anyone to work with this highly skilled team.

This was my first visit to the Toyos Clinic about severe dry eye problems. I've tried everything my other doctors and I knew was available before this with limited success. Dr. Rolando Toyos and all the staff were so helpful. All sorts of tests were done and images taken to really see what issues I was having. Dr. Toyos explained in a way that made total sense to me what was happening and how their treatment could assist. I believe we are on the right road! I look forward to the other visits to deal with dry eye.
