I can't say enough great things about the team at VisionWorks! My family of five stopped in as walk-ins because it was the most convenient time for us, and even though we didn't have an appointment, the staff went above and beyond to work us into their schedule. They treated every one of us with kindness, patience, and genuine care from start to finish.
What stood out the most was how welcoming and understanding they were. We never once felt judged or like an inconvenience -- just the opposite. They made us feel comfortable, respected, and valued as customers. This meant a lot, especially after the Charlotte pike location had declined to see us without so much as an ounce of empathy.
The difference in customer service was night and day. The VisionWorks team here truly understands what great service looks like -- compassion, professionalism, and effort. I'm incredibly grateful for how they accommodated us and made sure each of us received excellent care.
Thank you to everyone there ESPECIALLY TREVOR for turning what could have been a stressful situation into such a positive experience. You've definitely earned lifelong customers!

I had an emergency today while working in Green Hills. I was drilling a lock and something sharp got into my eye -- it was extremely uncomfortable. I called a few places and no one had an available spot, then I called Visionworks in Green Hills and they told me to come right over.
From the moment I arrived, the staff were very kind and helpful. The biggest thing was the doctor -- he was patient, understanding, and took his time checking my eye thoroughly until he found a sharp piece hidden under my eyelash. He removed it, and the relief was immediate. I can't thank him enough. Highly recommend Visionworks in Green Hills!

Employees here have a NASTY attitude - not a single smile in the entire place - some guy with a terrible haircut had me wait in a chair to get a copy of my prescription while berating his employee in front of everyone for not doing something correctly.
I'm not sure what's going on here but clearly everyone is miserable. Besides Gwen. She was really friendly.
