It was very easy to make an appointment online, there were many dates and times available. The employees are professional and knowledgeable, working quickly to help everyone but without rushing anyone. I had my annual eye exam and also shopped for glasses and bought a pair. There is a variety of frames and prices and it is very well-organized so you can easily find what you're looking for. I plan to return next year for my annual eye exam and I highly recommend this location. It's very convenient for me since it's near a bus stop, but there is also plenty of parking available.

I have been using this location for 7 years at least. I have to say that I do not love the customer service here. The young lady employee with the long brown hair and glasses is not my favorite. She was working last night 12/17/25. She has no patience. She acts like any request is an incovenience. She has an attitude and her micro expressions are rude. I really wish management would speak to her about it. I have had relatively OK experiences with all other front employees recently except miss ma'am I explained above. I will say this location did fix my Rx 2x in the 100 day window and I do appreciate that. I am considering another location due to my recent interactions with the young lady that seems to always be there and I feel uncomfy working with her.

Just might be the worst optometrist location. They don't notify you when you owe money. I was told I owed money from my last visit but no one told me I did at my last appointment and I have not been contacted since telling me I owed anything. They also did not save my prescription and were not helpful when trying to figure out a solution in order new contacts / understanding why they could not provide a prescription, although I was just in for an exam less than a year ago. My option was to make a new appointment and get one then.. incredibly rude staff at the eyeglass counter and unhelpful. I have been a patient for years and won't be returning.

Called to make an appointment for my daughters lady that answered the phone said "make an appointment online" i said can i not do it over the phone? She heavily breathe and said what's name and dob? Gave her that information she still act as if she didn't want to make the appointment over the phone. So i hung up. Walked in an hour later tried to be seen the heavy set lady with blonde hair and glasses said she couldn't find insurance also claimed insurance was terminated which isn't true. I just left out and went to LensCrafters where i was treated way better. Everytime i come to this location i always some bs. They need better workers

The staff was very helpful and nice. I was in and out of the office in a timely manner. The ophthalmologist was extremely exceptional and (Shennetta) reassured me that I would be taking care of. So overall the visit was a 10 out of 10.

Best experience I've had in a place of business in a very long time! There was a young lady that worked there that stayed with me and gave me advice on frames the entire time until I finally found some that I liked. She was absolutely sweet as can be, and was great with the insurance part of it as well!
