This location is easily the best WP store I've visited. It's never crazy busy, the employees are all very attentive & kind and the store is well thought out, helping you find what you need easily. A special shout-out to one of their opticians, Ms Rebecca. She helped adjust my new frames to a perfect fit & was delightful to chat with during the process

I love Warby Parker's styles, I always find multiple frames I like and usually have a hard time narrowing it down to just one pair The staff has always been extremely kind, attentive, honest, and helpful, and the store itself is clean and well-designed, with plenty of mirrors and good lighting. The prices are also very fair which is hard to come by when shopping for good, cute glasses. I also love their commitment to giving back, through things like giving a pair to someone in need for every pair bought and donating old glasses that people bring in.

This is an excellent place for eyeglasses and maintenance. Every time I've been, the entire staff was enjoyable to interact with and professional. Special mention to Sam who went out of her way to locate a pair of discontinued frames for me. Sarah does quick and solid adjustments, and once when I was in for lenses Rebecca measured just as accurately as an AI feature they were testing, so I'll gladly pass on the AI. I try to stop at this particular location exclusively. And you can get a great burger next door.

I love, love, love visiting the Nashville location of Warby Parker. It is always an enjoyable experience, and the staff are always super helpful. I have been a loyal customer and fan of the brand for more than a decade and today's experience never disappointed. I strayed once when my eye doctor passed away. And in looking for a new physician, I had to figure out an alternative option and made a purchase elsewhere. I regretted doing so and now I'm back. Every time I visit this store I have an enjoyable experience and get exactly what I want, and I walk away 100% satisfied. Warby styles always meet exactly what I'm looking for and I really don't know why I look anywhere else. Thank you for being an awesome company, offering awesome products, and just being 100% awesome.

Warby-Parker makes updating my eye glasses easy! They are friendly and so helpful in narrowing down so many great choices. Look at these great options! This purchase was the fastest, easiest one yet. I didn't shop around because I knew how great of a deal they gave me on my last pair. I can't wait to receive my new glasses!

I bought my first pair of glasses at this Warby Parker years ago. That pair has been through a lot, so I went in today hoping to replace that pair. Unfortunately, they don't carry that frame anymore, but Rebecca was so great in helping me find a new pair while my old one's get repaired!

Ms. Rebecca was so kind and patient with me as I tried to narrow down the (maybe 10?) pairs of frames I liked down to one. Honestly-- she was so helpful and encouraging, and she made me feel like the a million bucks in the pair I finally chose. Also, I am amazed at how quick the shipping is! I was in the store on Saturday and they said that it could take up to 2 weeks to receive my order. But it's only taken 3 days!

Went to get the frame adjusted and fixed up. The moment we walked in, every person working there was amazingly kind, friendly and helpful. We feel like that's a luxury experience these days. Our needs were met immediately and needed up getting a new pair because of their service and atmosphere. We will be back again for sure!
